Stunning new home in a nice area of Marathon. All the bedrooms had cozy mattresses with plenty of pillows and bath towels. Our favorite spot was the pool area which is thoughtful laid out to entertain. We cooked and ate mostly downstairs. The dock is like brand new. Fit our two boats perfectly. Dock rails are wrapped so no new boat scratches. Not much boat traffic and felt very safe. Fish cleaning table, bait freezer were perfect. Manatees watched us clean fish in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again. Our group travels a lot in the keys and this has to be one of our favorite homes we stayed in.

Torie and her group were absolutely wonderful guests! They left everything spotless—took out all the trash, tidied up perfectly, and even made the beds before leaving. Super respectful and easy to host. I’d be more than happy to welcome them back anytime!

This house and property are amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. It is immaculate as far as the cleanliness. The bedrooms are gigantic, each with an amazing, well-appointed bathroom, its own balcony, and walk-in closet with custom shelving. The location was ideal as well, just a quick 5-minute drive to most anything you will need. We were able to spend all our time outside between the pool/hot tub, full outdoor kitchen/full bath, pool table, foosball table, and cornhole. The pier was perfect for docking the 2 boats we rented. If I had just 1 recommendation, we would have liked the hot tub to get a little hotter. Otherwise, I can't say enough good things about this home and property. The communication with the owner was extremely prompt, personable, and helpful as well. If we ever come back to Marathon, I would definitely rent this house again.

The pool was not heated, which is fine, however the hot tub was on a very strict schedule from 3-10pm. The warmest temperature the hot tub reached was 92 degrees during the stay, and it would usually reach it around 7pm. With the pool temp around 71-72 degrees, it was too cold to use without having the hot tub run on demand to warm up in. The owner says the settings are fixed and cannot be changed. This needs to be remedied before I would recommend anyone to stay at this property. The wifi was spotty at best. Everything else was great.
