Kookaburra Cottage en Hat Head

Una hermosa casa luminosa de planta abierta con un dormitorio en la planta baja y un amplio loft.

Una cocina gourmet con lavavajillas tiene todo lo que necesita para crear esa comida familiar.

Para mayor comodidad, esta casa tiene dos baños, ambos con bañera.

La cubierta posterior da al patio cercado, relájese en los cómodos muebles de exterior mientras disfruta de una barbacoa con familiares y amigos. Pon tus bicicletas y tablas de surf en el garaje. Lo siento, no hay espacio para un coche.

Esta propiedad tiene una cama king que se puede dividir en dos camas individuales king, si no tiene sábanas King Single, se pueden suministrar, infórmenos al hacer su reserva.

Esta es una casa cómoda en la que será un placer vacacionar.

Hat Head es el pueblo pesquero ideal rodeado por el Parque Nacional Hat Head y el mejor en playas vírgenes y vírgenes.

Clean, well appointed, comfortable

The cottage is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with full kitchen, laundry, two baths, TV, etc. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for a family inc. with young kids. The location is convenient- easy walk to everywhere in Hat Head We hired linen rather than bring our own- R&R Linen Hire in SW Rocks were great, they made the beds up and everything. Sue was very responsive and easy to deal with

It was a rainy weekend so the large deck was so roomy and comfortable made all the difference in the wet weather. Great location short walk to beach.Some safety issues...maintenance needed to rotting stairs to deck and no handrail which was dangerous especially when wet.General cleanliness was disappointing

The house was great and we appreciated the double height lounge and loft overlooking it which you can't quite grasp from the photos. There are stairs but it worked OK with our young kids but be mindful that it could be an issue for some kids.

Loved having 2 bathrooms and access to store bikes in the garage out of the rain.Needed help to get into the property due to miscommunication... the lock box is on the front porch, don't try to use the broken one on the back porch! The agents responded quickly via the emergency mobile number which was very much appreciated!Would definitely book this property again. It met all our needs.

Balanced View

Property well supplied with cutlery, utensils, bags etc. Quiet location. Property is fairly clean in main areas (kitchen, b'rooms, lounge). Previous tenant left us two unwashed frypans in the cupboard. The house furnishings are dated and cobwebs over windows and outdoor verandah area. No BBQ as stated in description. It's a 2 bedroom cottage with the upstairs open to all the activity downstairs so if you have early risers make them stay in the loft and you stay in the bottom bedroom which has a door.
