About this property

Spacious, sunny cottage in Vermont's pristine Northeast Kingdom

Our newly renovated cottage has lots of light, plenty of space, and access to lakes, rivers, bike trails, hiking and so much more. The porch overlooks a field and Audubon sanctuary -- very peaceful. Perfect for a family getaway or retreat from city life, the cottage has a comfortable bedroom and loft space with twin bed and trundle.
You'll be just minutes from St. Johnsbury and Danville, where you can explore museums, galleries, restaurants, farmers markets, the Peacham Acoustic Music Festival, Fall Foliage Festivals, The Great Corn Maze, and so much more! During winter months, the cottage is a short drive to Burke Mountain for downhill skiing, Kingdom Trails and the Craftsbury Outdoor Center for groomed Nordic tracks -- we often take our back-country skis right out the front door for incredible adventures in the Peacham Hills.
We live next to the cottage, and a shared driveway with our home ensures easy access, so your questions will be answered right away.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
