Beautiful Spot

The place was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room for everyone and then some . The house is equipped with everything you may need ( or forgot!) I’d recommend this to anyone looking to get away from it all !

This lakefront cottage has amazing views, spacious accommodations, and many amenities (canoes, kayaks, paddleboard, lawn games). It’s located on a quiet cove, is a 2 minute bike ride to the Lamoille Valley rail trail. You can ride a mile to the town beach and general store, it has a nice dock which we used as a swim platform, water was about 4 ft deep, so our 6yo granddaughter could easily swim there. We enjoyed our week there and look forward to returning.

Kayaking at sunset with the loons

We had a wonderful stay at Joe’s Pond, aka hidden gem! Home was comfortable and every amenity we could want. Host was extremely attentive in providing clear, helpful instructions to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival. Host was also very responsive to any/all questions we had. Highly recommend this vacation spot to families who love a peaceful environment and hearing the call of the loons in the morning and dusk. I even kayaked at sunset with two loons!

Joe's Pond

We had a change of plans and had to find a place with less than 48 hours notice. This property had the exact dates open and we jumped on it. We love Joe's Pond and have been visiting family here for the last few years. Great house! Lots and lots of room for a large gathering. The owners are easy to get in touch with and respond quickly. So kind and accommodating.
