Profitez d'une escapade relaxante à Palm Springs dans une charmante maison de style mission datant de 1929 et située au cœur de la ville (à proximité du Palm Canyon Dr).

Ceci est une maison très spéciale construite en 1929 (ne vous inquiétez pas, il y a une excellente pression d'eau et toutes les commodités d'une nouvelle maison (piscine, spa, climatisation, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, laveuse, sécheuse, etc.) Il est construit entièrement en brique (ce qui le garde plus frais que la plupart des maisons modernes). C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de toute la beauté du désert!

Vous aurez toute la maison et maître casita pour vous-même. Il n'y aura personne d'autre sur la propriété.

La maison principale a deux chambres à coucher (lits queen) et une salle de bain et la master casita adjacente (lit king size) est une grande chambre avec salle de bain privée. La cuisine est bien approvisionnée pour les personnes qui aiment cuisiner. g .: robot culinaire, mixeur, grille-pain, paniers complets de casseroles, épices, condiments, etc. Et parfois, nous offrons un verre d'honneur - laisser un verre. C'est génial après une longue journée de voyage!

Il y a un parking dans la rue, mais pas dans le garage.

Il y a des frais de 50 $ / jour pour la chaleur de la piscine si demandé.

La semaine du modernisme et les principaux événements et vacances peuvent nécessiter des séjours minimum plus longs.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday with friends from SoCa and Tx. It was easy to walk to downtown for fabulous dinners and a lil shopping. The house is just nice to sit around in/out to enjoy friends and family. We lived that it was decorated for the season!

Wonderful stay in Palm Springs

This was a beautiful comfortable space to enjoy a weekend away. Our group especially enjoyed the pool/spa area. The location is very close to downtown restaurants and bars!

This was a fantastic house! It was the best stocked place we have ever stayed at and we have been staying at Vrbo for 10 years! The pool and hot tub were perfect. The location being close to downtown was so convenient too! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Palm Springs.

Great House!

Rented for a girls trip. We loved the house. It had a lot of character. It fit four of us comfortably. The hosts were very responsive. The location was excellent. I would give this place 6stars if I could.

Private paradise

We always enjoy our stays at the Casita! The home offers us privacy while accommodating room for guests. The indoor/outdoor flow of the layout offers cozy spaces for small groups, from coffee with a view in the morning sun, to fireside gatherings in the evening. Hot tub! Heated pool! Birds! Fresh grapefruit! This place has it all.

The owner communicated well with us. They responded quickly and answered all questions. The location was great. Walking distance to downtown. The only thing I would change was the tvs were only in the bedrooms.

Stayed here with two friends for a long weekend. The property was exactly as described and the outdoor area was heavenly — the pool was warm, the hot tub was hot, it was lovely dipping between the two in February. Originally I was worried the location wouldn't feel walkable to the main drag, but it absolutely was... maybe 5 minutes tops. Extremely well-appointed, the comfiest beds ever, a perfect backyard, A location while still being quiet... we will definitely DEFINITELY be back. Can't recommend highly enough!

Charming Warm Sands Retreat

Adorable Spanish style home was a nice change from the typical Palm Springs mid-century vacation rental. Much more charm and individuality in this home than most others available. Landscaping is gorgeous and the pool was lovely. Inside is very comfortable and you will find everything you need for your stay. And the location is amazing - just a short 5-10 min walk to downtown and super close to Starbucks, Townie Bagels, and the Sunny Dunes antique district!

Palm Springs Gem!

This property is absolutely fabulous! I have stayed here twice with different groups and each time it has been perfect. Close enough to walk to downtown if you are looking for activity & quiet can be found by staying at the property. The pool and backyard are gorgeous so we spent a lot of our time there. The house is well stocked with everything you need and more. Hosts/property managers are super attentive and friendly. I will be back again :-)

mixed feelings

I liked some aspects of this property and not others.The decor of the house was a bit creepy, lots of phallic objects , skulls, devils and such.The backyard was very pleasant and surprisingly quiet though the pool water was murky.The location is good, a hot walk to town but a short ride.We had a toddler and the many steps in unexpected places were a challenge.Our contact with the manager was always prompt and helpful.

We want to clarify that the artwork in our home is traditional Spanish and Mexican-style art, in keeping with the home’s authentic mission style design—there are no satanic images or phallic objects. Additionally, the pool was crystal clear at check-in, and we did not receive any reports of it being murky during your stay. Regarding the layout, the home does have one step between the living and dining room and one step off the kitchen door to the backyard.  We appreciate your feedback .

A+ Casita/Location/Communication

We stayed for 11 days with another golfing couple and were visited over a weekend by another couple (driving in from San Clemente). With all the great reviews we were hopeful. Delivered on all accounts. Walking distance to everything. Fits 6 people easy. Home is superb and they have literally thought of everything...even an honor bar to enjoy when you arrive. We used the hot tub spa every day. We chose not to heat the pool (January) because it was a great temp to cool off with a quick dip after getting all heated up in the wonderful spa. Lots of documentation to make your settling in easy. We had a couple of questions and the Property Manager Walt responded within minutes of texting. Early on, the owner Steve answered initial questions with speed and a very flexible, easy going style. They even accommodated an early check-in when one couple arrived early. This is an easy choice...we will stay again for sure at this Casita. A+

Fantastic place for family

We traveled with three generations of family (ages 3 to mid-70’s) and two dogs. House was well appointed and comfortable. Property management was exceptional- let us know the house was ready early, showed up within an hour to fix a small maintenance issue. House was fully stocked with pool floats, left behind sunscreen, and the honor bar, which made arrival day really easy.

Amazing and charming stay

First glimpse of this charming home did not disappoint! The space was perfect for our 3 generation family stay- spaces and beds were comfortable and the casita gave grandparents some additional privacy. The details and decor were delightful- quirky, fun, whimsical. The house provides everything you could want in a home- all the kitchen and bar details were phenomenal. We spent so much time in the backyard and pool- this was one of our favorite yard spaces and pools in all of our travels! Thank you, thank you for an unforgettable stay!!

This beautiful home is singularly the best VRBO or Airbnb experience we have had. The home was equipped so well that there wasn’t anything you could need. The setting is gorgeous, the grounds and pool are beautiful, and the house is decorated like a warm home.

Relaxing oasis

House is ideally situated next to downtown Palm Springs with many restaurants, stores, a grocery store and pharmacy all within easy walking distance. Lovely private backyard with pool and hot tub in quiet neighborhood. Property manager available and helpful as needed.

Fantastic experience, the house is the place to stay if you visit Palm Springs

Everything but personal items supplied, even have an honor bar so that if you arrive after a long trip you don't even need to hit the grocery store right away. Highly recommend this house, walk to downtown is extremely easy, all restaurants and shops within 10 minutes. Airport 5 minutes drive. Can't praise the Owner Stephen and the property manager Walt enough for the simple and efficient booking and welcome.

Luxuriously private retreat. Convenient to all.

"Casita: Mission-Style" is a perfect place to hide away from it all or to be a base camp as you shop, party, or tour your way through Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. A completely private enclave lies beyond the front door. The owners have thought of absolutely everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. There are such unique, whimsical touches throughout the house and, to be frank, I love the fact that it is stylish without looking like the usual cookie cutter, mid-century styled flip that so many other rental properties in Palm Springs resemble. The convenience to downtown PS for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife is perfect - you can even walk to many places and avoid an Uber/Lyft bill. I would absolutely choose this property again the next time I'm vacationing in the Palm Springs area and highly recommend it whether you are planning something romantic or a family getaway.
