The property was very nice. It was clean and very comfortable. Only wish i would have known about the pool heater ahead of time. Apparently they must be notified 3 days in advance to activate the pool heater. If one advertises a pool, shouldn't the heater be either included or told the option of a heater? Anyway, I'm not here to bash an otherwise very pleasant stay. Otherwise our stay was excellent. I must also point out that there are no backside neighbors and it a very quiet area.

Overall it was good. The place was clean, location convenient, and nice amenities. The grill was locked, rather than free as advertised in listing. The guidebook said it was 50 for use of grill. There are no kitchen towels or even hot pads. These things made using kitchen to cook dinner difficult. Sheets should be updated.. they are pilled and rough. We enjoyed our stay there anyway, and would consider renting again. Easy check-in/check-out.

Way too hot!

The room was nice and we loved the location. However the air conditioning was out when we arrived Wednesday and wasn’t fixed until 8:30pm Saturday. We spent our vacation in a house over 80 degrees.

Great Getaway

Our family and I all flew into Orlando for a relaxing week together for Easter. We spent most of our time in the unit just hanging out and it was all that we could have wanted. We cooked inside and outside on the grill and everything was wonderful. The living spaces and bedrooms were very spacious and we also enjoyed the back patio and the clubhouse area. The location was great. We will be back!

Very Clean

Plenty of room for a family of five in a well maintained gated community. The personal pool was smaller than we thought but there were plenty of other pools to choose from. Convenient location and family friendly.

All out ammendities but limited in rental

First off the ammendities are awesome! The community pool/mini wyaer park alone is reason to stay in this complex.We did arrive with the AC not working and after a few phone calls, we were able to convince the owners (reality company) and it got fixed at 9:30 pm the night. We were thankful for that but frustrated since they said they knew about the broken AC beforehand.The other negative is rather minor but made us a little crabby. There is a bare minimum amount of things like soap, garage bags, dish washer pods (1) but there are signs everywhere to clean up the trash, do the dishes, etc.Overall good place to stay with it's limitations that if you're prepared for it'll work out.Definitely check out the community but maybe look around the complex.

Great property

Very clean property with enough room for my whole family to spread out. The private pool was perfect for the kids to play in, and the resort pools/waterslides were great, also. The property was close to the attractions, yet far enough away to be less busy and not noisy. Safe neighborhood!

Very beautiful, extremely clean everything was updated

We very much enjoyed the four bedroom condo and the location was easy close to Disney. The only unfortunate was it was completely minimalistic with zero extras. There wasn’t salt and pepper or anything spiced. There was exactly one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, hand towels in the Wash clause. If I were to critique anything at all, I would’ve said leave at least an extra roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, soap, wet mop, at least for simple spills a swiffer the place was very beautiful and extremely clean.

Great location for Disney

This house was very well maintained. The decor was nice, not tacky and outdated like some vacation rentals are, and the kitchen was decently stocked - far better than most. If you plan to cook, I suggest bringing a rubber spatula, but we made do with what was there just fine. We visited in December and paid for pool heat, but the heater was not working. We received a quick response and they tried to repair it while we were there but were not successful. (Not their fault - this was over the Christmas and New Years holiday period). Received a full refund on the cost of pool heating, but it was a disappointment to not be able to use the pool we had planned on. If this matters to you, I’d verify that the repair has been made before renting. We have stayed at this resort (Storey Lake) previously and chose to return for the location and amenities. It is minutes away from Disney property but don’t let the Kissimmee address scare you - this is NOT in the high traffic area and you won’t be sitting in your car for ages. The resort amenities are also well maintained and workers are friendly - we’ve visited several times over the years and never had any issues. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely rent again provided the pool was useable. Our family of 8 had plenty of space and we were very comfortable.

Town House at Disney

We stayed 4 days. No noise from neighboring town House kids had fun. House had a smell when we got there but we turned on the house fan opener the back door and it was gone within the day. I think it was the chemicals used to clean the house. Everything worked as expected. TV down stairs was a bit complicated to use and needed a up date.

Quick trip

Nice property but disappointed … paid to have pool heated but it never heated up do to mechanical issue. They did say they would refund me … (cost me more since we went shopping instead of hanging out to swim… some of items they said would be provided was not but we had brought our own just in case. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable !! Loved the theme and decorations . Needs a fresh coat of paint but that not a big deal.

House was clean. Walls need to be painted and bedsheets are very rough on skin. House does need update. Charging $50 for bbq is ridiculous. They call it cleaning fee but we already pay a hefty cleaning fee so bbq should be included.

Beautiful, safe property close to parks

We had a great time here! The property was well maintained, clean and worked perfectly for our family vacation. Gated entry to the property made the location a safe place to stay. We had a great little private pool as well as access to the property pool and waterpark. The location was only a short drive to the theme parks and about an hour from the coast. The property owners were very kind and quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again!

Great Time

We enjoyed our stay. As the other reveiws below mentioned the pool heater is not working but we never needed it and the pool is on the smaller side if you have a couple of kids. Otherwise, the community water park section was a lot of fun and the house was comfortable and exactly what we needed. Everyone definition enjoyed themselves.

Florida family getaway

This property was amazing! This was our family's first time visiting Florida and staying on this property made our trip unforgettable. The property was clean, safe, and quiet. Perfect for small kids with themed rooms. We had fast and easy communication with management with any questions we had. Awesome backyard pool and bbq amenity with outdoor furniture. Location was very close to Universal, Disney, the airport, beaches, and swamp adventures. We would definitely recommend this property. We will use this property again when visiting Florida!
