All ages, family friendly!

We stayed here for my moms 70th bday and it couldn't have been more perfect! Our kids ages 7-17 had plenty to do the whole time so the adults could visit and we could all come together in the hot tub, at the beach, and eat all together in the huge wonderful kitchen! Such a memorable place, we hope to stay again sometime.

Wonderful Dillon Beach House!

We loved our stay in this wonderful Dillon Beach house! There was plenty of room for 10 of us from two families. The kitchen is so big and well stocked. I messaged the property manager about a few items we couldn't find in the kitchen and she showed up with those items for us that night. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, bocce ball court, the downstairs game room, and the views from the living room. It is also a short walk to the beach access! Thank you for a most pleasant stay!

Fantastic family getaway

Great property and perfect for a family getaway with ages of all sorts. The house is relatively modern and feels a half cut above what you would normally expect. Great location with very easy walking access to the beach. A couple notes: past reviews may have commented about the general appointments inside the house (soap, kitchen gear, etc); I would ignore: the house had the most complete set of kitchen gear (with spices), soap, towels, etc., that I've ever stayed in. Property management came quickly with space heaters when the downstairs heater did not work. Looking forward to coming again.

lovely location

The house was clean and spacious and has a great view. The kids loved the downstairs game room. Just be prepared to bring cleaning supplies and paper goods as mentioned by others. We had a group of 10 people for a full week and only 4 dishwasher pods were made available to us. Booking the property through Evolve was rather quirky as I left email messages and phone messages which were ignored. However, the contact person who was revealed to me just before the trip was excellent.

Perfect for family members of all ages!

We stayed here for my mom's 70th birthday. The house is beautiful, had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was dreamy. We has age 6 to age 70 and everyone thuroughly enjoyed themselves. There was plenty of room for the kids to play independently while the adults got to visit and relax. The walk down to the beach was steep but doable and so worth it! Loved it, will definitely stay here again!

Loved our Stay!

Loved our stay at Dillion. The area was beautiful. The views from the moment you walk in the home were amazing. The beach was such a short walk from the house, that it made it such a great and easy experience for us and the kids. I would definitely stay at this property again. Oh and the property manager was amazing to work with. very responsive and helpful when we had a minor question.

Personal Amenities and Supplies were Sub-par

We liked so much about your property and our stay. What was lacking were the little things like the soaps and bathing supplies in the bathroom; the lack of extra garbage bags so that we could easily keep things super clean; the condition of the hot tub water which looks sketchy - so much that only 2/6 of us dared to venture in. For the price you charge per diem, nicer bathroom amenities (including Kleenex, please) should be expected.

Fantastic Family Friendly Property

This house was sparkling clean with great open living spaces. The kitchen is large and open which made food prep and serving easy. The beach was a quick walk down the street, and the view was beautiful! I do agree with the review that talked about bathroom access. Two of the bathrooms are accessed through sleeping areas which was a little awkward, but not unmanageable. There were plenty of dishes and serving ware for a large group with a large fridge and separate drink cooler in the game room. Overall we had an incredible stay with our children and their families, made great memories and are already planning a return trip.

Perfect for Small Family Reunion

This home is perfect for a group - plenty of space, seating, light and bright with fabulous view. We loved that the beach was a very short walk away, and the management company was tremendously helpful and accommodating of our early check in. The house was very clean, obviously well managed. The children in our group were thrilled w/ the huge game room, many children's books, foosball, air hockey, kids' movies, bunk beds, etc. 10 out of 10.

Perfect in every way!!

The only bad part was that we had to leave this little piece of paradise!! I can’t say enough about the property, from the gorgeous ocean view to the immaculate home. You can tell that great care was taken to ensure that guests are well cared for, every bed was comfortable, there were lots of comfy places to hang out and the decor was beautiful. My group of eight adults had such a good time that we are going to try to come back for longer next year.

Worked for us!

This is a really nice house in the perfect location in DB. It completely accommodated our large family. In addition to the downstairs "play zone", we really appreciated and made the most of the outdoor areas, including the jacuzzi and fire pit in the backyard. It would have been nice if the kitchen had been a little better appointed including spices, wine glasses and plates/cups/cutlery for young 'ens. Also, during our four-day stay we ran out of trash bags and dishwasher pods. Finally, we note that the toiletries left a bit to be desired. Overall, this is a great house in an awesome location... and we plan to return to it next year!

Perfect for large group entertaining

We rented this place as a pre graduation celebration for my out of town parents, aunt and uncle and my family of four. The pictures do not do it justice. See all that beautiful natural light in the photo of the kitchen counter? Thats because facing the counter is an entire wall of windows that look out in to the ocean. The counter is wide and long, enough for the six stools plus a few more standing. The kitchen is large enough for at least two chefs to fix up fresh oysters from jog island while somebody else is grilling korean bbq ribs in the back patio. The house provides a large party bucket so you can keep all your favorite wine and bubbly chilled as well as an ice bucket to mix your favorite cocktail. Plenty of pots and pans (good quality too!) along with coffee makers (no grinder though so you need to bring blended coffee or your own grinder) they were also out of coffee filters so suggest you bring your own just in case. Also if you suffer from allergies like my family does you should also bring your own Kleenex otherwise you will need to use toilet paper which is not fun. The hot tub is functional and they provide beach towels in addition to bath towels. The downstairs game room is HUGE with an additional bunk bed! So much room! The house is only half a mile away from the beach. I would definitely rent this house again and will tell all my friends as well.

Great weekend getaway

The property is as beautiful as in the pictures. It accommodated our large group (11) for sleeping and hanging out. The beach is a short walk, but be prepared to climb down a bit to get there. The hot tub was lovely on the chilly evenings and the house has great ocean views. The only snafu we had was heating in the lower level, but I contacted the property manager and they sent the maintenance man right away. He was unfortunately not able to get the downstairs fireplace working, but the wall heater was able to make the area more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Home

House was as described, spacious layout, awesome kitchen, clean, everything was in good working condition and within walking distance to Dillon Beach. We also appreciated the house book of tips regarding the area and instructions for the house. Would be perfect for large families!

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful property! So much bigger than we expected, the remodel is beautiful, the decor was beautiful! A 5 min easy walk to the beach a big yard for kids to play in just a great place we were super happy! We plan to return and hope the hot tub is in working order when we return.
