Bikini Bottom - ocean front vacation rental

This amazing contemporary ocean front property features high-end finishes and appliances with unique designer touches. The homes has been recently remodeled. It boasts sweeping views of the ocean, beach, and Tomales Bay. Additionally, the location is wonderful, being only a few minutes’ walk to the beach path on Kailua Way.
You enter a room filled with windows that frame the views of Dillon Beach and Tomales Head. The spacious and bright great room is an open concept and connects to a big deck positioned over the ocean. A big glass top table supported by a massive tree root base defines the expansive area. The designer - gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, a gas burner with hood, and a massive island with a wraparound countertop and seating for six. On the main level, there are four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms feature built-in vanities with sinks, while the other two feature full bathrooms.
The main bathroom is located at the end of the corridor that connects the bedrooms. The bottom level features another fantastic room complete with a smaller kitchenette, poker table, and sitting area along with a sofa sleeper and a very large flat screen television. Another room has been designated as a children's bunk room, complete with four bunk beds and a full bath with shower. The residence features a hot tub located on the deck which overlooks the ocean.
We feel that this home one of the best Vacation Rentals in all of Dillon Beach.

****We strongly advise our guests to purchase trip insurance for their reservation
**Drone's are not allowed within the Oceana Marin HOA
**We do not allow boats, campers, RV'S, trailers to park in the driveway at this vacation rental
**Please take note: We do not allow events of any kind at this vacation rental :
Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 12 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA.

Fabulous family vacation house. Exceeded our expectations. Kids had a blast at the beach and hot tub. Adults relaxed in the spacious common area and enjoyed great meals, the grill, the extra fridge and the well stocked kitchen. I would suggest the purchase of a tea kettle, but otherwise, there wasn’t an appliance missing to help us enjoy our meals. Highly recommend this property!

It perfectly accommodated our family trip to Dillion Beach. Gorgeous view for those happy to stay home, & easy walk for those who wanted to fish & play on the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the large table so everyone could eat & play games together. Lots of room to spread out.

Amazing stay at Dillion Beach for my son’s wedding at The Haven at Tomales. I rented 3 houses all together for out of town family. The place was perfect, clean, and well stocked. Was a perfect stay.

This is a beautiful, spacious house, with an amazing view.We had a lovely time here, from admiring the panoramic view to walking the trails and stopping at the general store for coffee and soft-serve. Everything was just perfect

Bachelorette weekend stay

So much fun! The property had enough rooms and bathrooms for 11 of us! The hot tub was relaxing, the house was clean, right on the ocean with views of deer. Super easy check in and out process! Would stay again 10/10!

Phenomenal cliff house

Excellent renovated home in a pristine location. Loved our stay. Having coffee in the morning and looking out to the ocean is an image we will not forget.

Amazing couples get away

Wonderful place to get away

A group of friends and I spent a wonderful restorative time. The house was beautifully appointed with all the amenities that we needed. Highly recommend this location for amazing sunsets and soothing waves.

Fantastic

It was an amazing stay at Bikini Bottom. Breathtaking ocean views from the living area. We even saw a whale! Well appointed kitchen. Comfy bedrooms. The kids loved the bunkbed room and having their own space downstairs. Though no neighborhood sidewalks, the streets are very walkable to the beach. Great communication from Host Linda. Relaxing with an ocean view !

The home was amazing and views and sound were peaceful. The home is nestled on a cliff where you can enjoys the views and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen was amazing and the separate family rooms were a hit. The host was super helpful !!

Birthday retreat

The photos accurately reflect the space and views. The main living room and dining area and kitchen were ideal for cooking, playing games, doing puzzles and hanging out. We were there on an incredibly rainy weekend in January.

House with the best View ever

The house couldn’t of been more perfect for a family of six adults, and five children under the age of five The house was so comfortable and well stocked with king beds and four bunk beds. The hot tub was a great hit with the kids
