Come rejuvenate at Sandy Cheeks, which sits on a bluff overlooking a quiet section of Dillon Beach with a short walk down to shoreline strolls.

Enjoy the peace of sunset views from the large hot tub on the expansive deck. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of ocean waves breaking on the beach below.

The Nantucket modern-style home has been completely rebuilt and professionally decorated with high-end finishes, appliances, and designer touches.

The roomy chef’s kitchen has lots of space for many cooks and kitchen-guest interaction. The large, open floor plan is perfect for group conversations and more intimate chats.

A separate entertainment area features a pool table, 85-inch widescreen TV is located in the living room,

The home has two primary suites, one on each floor. All beds feature top-of-the-line mattresses for a restful night’s sleep.

Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 12 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA.

Linda is a fantastic host! I can’t say enough good things about her and her home. The views are amazing! First class! One would be hard pressed to find another home in Dillon Beach that can accommodate a large group of nine and offer exceptional comfort and amenities. Highly recommended and choose this home again in a heartbeat!

This is an absolutely gorgeous property! Everything was perfect and it was hard to leave. I would not hesitate to rebook this property the next time we are in Dillon Beach.

Amazing stay at Dillion Beach for my son’s wedding at The Haven at Tomales. I rented 3 houses all together for out of town family. The place was perfect, clean, and well stocked. Was a perfect stay.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beyond beautiful home. We looked to have a nice relaxing girls weekend and that is exactly what we got. The views and how comfortable the house is made it easy for us to stay in and enjoy the stay. Everything was made available to us in the house and the hosts were super friendly and communicative.

Family get together

The house was amazing. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread around. The pool table was a big hit. The kitchen was well stocked. The views are spectacular. We had a personal chef come in one night to cook us dinner. What a special experience. Nourished by Natasha was great to work with and the food was outstanding. Hope to go back to this special property someday.

Excellent beach house

This house has unbelievable views of the Pacific. It is the most well-stocked rental house I've ever stayed in! Perfect for your family vacation! We had to contact the house manager for an issue and they were very responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommend!!

Perfect ocean view family reunion

Our family of 11, including 3 teens and 2 in-laws in their eighties, enjoyed this beautifully updated home with ocean stunning views. We chose this home so our in laws, who love the ocean but are limited by reduced mobility, could enjoy the ocean and beach views from the home and outside deck. For those who could, access to the beach and tidepooling was in close proximity. The beach itself was clean and you could walk a nice, long distance. The home was in excellent condition overall. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of clean linens and beach towels. We’re a family of coffee drinkers so we were happy the coffee was working, though we were disappointed that we couldn’t get the espresso side of the machine to work. We notified the host who said she will repair or replace it. We also enjoyed the pool table but there was only one pool cue, so adding 1-3 more would be a nice improvement. Several of us enjoyed the hot tub too which was clean and in working order. Two improvements I would recommend: 1) The king beds were plenty big and had comfortable linens but were a bit soft and lumpy. We were able to get a good night’s sleep, but I’d recommend replacing the mattresses for improved comfort. 2) The neighborhood requires a parking pass to park outside the driveway. It would be nice to provide that parking pass to the vacation renters should anyone decide to drive to other beach access points without fear of being towed.

A fantastic house and location!!

The house is beautiful and well equipped with all the necessities. Great kitchen & Fantastic deck and views. Very comfortable and enjoyable in every way. We loved our stay here even more than we were expecting. A real jewel.

Watch for hidden fees!

We enjoyed the property. It was clean and nice. After we returned home, we were told the cleaning lady found a decoration that had been burnt. We were told there would be a $100 charge. We checked with all the people we had with us and no one burned any decorations. I explained that I object to any extra charges but they did it anyway. Their word against ours. Beware.

Beautiful home!

We rented this home for a multi-generational family celebration in honor of Grandpa's 70th birthday. Home is beautiful, super clean and Pacific Ocean views are gorgeous! Beds very comfortable, rooms beautifully decorated. The listing advertises 4 bathrooms but one of the 4 is a half bath off the kitchen so the listing should really state 3.5 baths. Largest issue with this is 3 bedrooms upstairs (up to 8 people) must share one bathroom. Loved the large kitchen space and how well it was stocked, dining table for 10, 3 sets of comfy sofas in the living room and that entire area is a great room without interior walls. We cooked most of our meals at home and loved it. Ample plates and serving/cook ware, variety of spices, high-end appliances. One minor recommendation as the rest of the kitchen/house was stocked so well: please provide more than one roll of paper towels for a family of 12 for a 4-night stay. Additionally, I emailed owner ahead of arrival to inquire if there was a crock pot or coffee bean grinder (she said no but we found both in kitchen). Owner identified a few minor items damaged during our stay and VRBO damage protection policy purchased at booking reimbursed me immediately after I submitted my claim. Owner stated she didn't know I had damage protection, so she charged my credit card directly for damage instead of filing a claim against my policy - a little odd given we purchased through VRBO platform at booking. Overall, a terrific stay!

Great' restful retreat

Property was well appointed, and a spectacular location. One suggestion - wash/rinse main windows, doors to deck, so that view can be enjoyed better.
