Étage unique, concept Ă  aire ouverte et deux espaces de divertissement en plein air offrant une vue dans toutes les directions. Porche arriĂšre couvert surplombe la piscine et un acre de terrain privĂ© pour une vue magnifique coucher de soleil. Breezeway couvert et meublĂ© pour griller / manger / se dĂ©tendre, avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne et la fontaine.

Nous (Matt et Sue) avons rĂ©cemment achetĂ© et meublĂ© la maison et sommes impatients de nous installer (SO!) sympathique Fountain Hills en permanence un jour. En attendant, nous espĂ©rons vous offrir, Ă  vous et Ă  votre famille / amis, un foyer merveilleux, paisible et sans soucis. Nous sommes impatients d’obtenir votre avis positif. Nous avons donc pensĂ© Ă  tout pour que vous puissiez dĂ©poser vos bagages, verser un verre, vous baigner dans la piscine et profiter du beau temps et des vues fantastiques! Vacation views inside and out! Stay here if you love beautiful views ! You can enjoy Fountain Hills from every window. It has so many great seating areas to watch the sunrise , sunset and the fountain. We really enjoyed our 30 day stay . Our daughter’s family join us for a week during Thanksgiving! It was great! The home is clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect for families to hang out. We enjoyed a lovely pool area, a backyard deck, a breezeway and a game room garage. My grandson loved playing all of the video games. It was a great place to watch football , play pool and video games! The location of this home is great. A very quiet street with a culdesac not far from town. We were even able to walk to town to see the Thanksgiving Day parade.The overall layout of this home is wonderful . The beds and furniture throughout are very comfortable . We highly recommend this vacation home.The host, Matt, is absolutely awesome. He makes check-in and checkout so easy. He has everything you will need for your stay. Great appliances and cookware. Matt has a nice variety of tv subscriptions too. He answers texts and calls if you have questions. We have been coming to Fountain Hills for several years! This was our best stay! We will definitely rebook!

Excellent home in quiet, scenic neighborhood

Matt, the owner, was very accommodating and provided everything we needed. The home is as advertised-well stocked & well designed. The outdoor areas are superb. We are planning to return next year. Thanks Matt for being a good host.

Girls Trip!

This was our second time coming to Desert Breeze and it was a great experience. The host is super communicative and worked with us on some unexpected rebooking needs that was much appreciated. The house is beautiful, big and meets all the needs you could possibly have. The pool area is perfect for simply being about to be outside and enjoy the surroundings. The location of the property is great as well and we were easily able to access activities (hikes, spa, shopping, river) easily from its central location. Highly recommend this property for a visit!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

The property was perfect. Matt is an incredible host and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were anxious to get away from frigid temps and were looking forward to relaxing in the sun and swimming. The heated pool was perfect, landscape is beautiful and the mountain/desert views are exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing Home!

We loved this property! The house has everything you need and the pool area was beautiful! We spent every afternoon relaxing in and by the pool. It's very quiet as the neighbors are a good distance away so the pool area is very private. At night we enjoyed watching movies on the big TV in the very comfortable family room.Matt was super easy to communicate with and would answer any questions very quickly. We can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Majestic mountain views. Lovely home. Mattresses were very comfortable. Pool was great. Grandson never wanted to come out of the water.Very quiet nrighborhood!! I would not hesitate to rent this home again.The best part of our vacation was the host. Always available and so accommodating.5 stars for us!!!!

Wonderful host and wonderful house

We had a great stay. Matt, the owner, was a wonderful host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. He was on top of everything, and extra accommodating when he didn't have to be. He was the best! The house was very clean. The pool and pool area were great! Beautiful views and private. Location is great, close to everything in Fountain Hills and easy drive to Scottsdale/Phoenix/airport. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay again in the future! Thanks Matt!

What a spot!

The photos just don’t capture the stunning views! So private and peaceful in an upscale neighborhood we'd never been to. Amazing location and views! So private and peaceful! The pool was the big reason we wanted to stay here. It has a zero gravity swing with the mountain view’s
 fantastic! Inside, the place was so comfortable and clean and had absolutely everything we needed. And Matt, the owner, was super easy and accommodating. We didn’t want to leave! We’ll be back!

Location, location, location! Sure, the fresh reno caught my eye, but it was the sprawling feel of the place, both inside and out. But it was the views in every direction that really sealed the deal. Nestled among million-dollar homes in a neighborhood where the pride is as understated as it is comfortable, the location is just fantastic.
Funny thing—I wasn’t even close to being “in the market” for a home in Arizona. But after a hike on Sunrise Mountain and a bite at the All American Pub downtown (right across from the Fountain), I casually wandered into the real estate office next door. By the next day, I had an offer in. The rest is history, and I love sharing it, now with many repeat guests.
