Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. To future guests: we’re delighted to hear how much this family enjoyed the home, from the spacious layout and cleanliness to the outdoor amenities like the pool, hot tub, and putting green. We work extremely hard to keep the home well-equipped and comfortable, and we’re always just a message away should anything be needed during your stay. The Fountain Hills sunrises and those occasional wild-horse sightings are truly special, and we love when guests get to experience them. We look forward to welcoming you back and hope this gives future renters confidence that their stay will be just as relaxing and memorable. Thank you again! John, Mark & Anne

Large home with plenty of TV's, beds, rooms, baths, big kitchen, pool table, and nice pool. If space is your need, this is a good one. Also, access to the large garage is great, particularly in the summer heat. No remote door opener requires guest to go through house to open garage door. Not much in terms of cooking staples, so any plans for cooking will require all ingredients (except some common spices) to be purchased or brought with you. Nice big tables for group meals, games, etc. Excellent views from the patio, although not from the pool as it sits a little lower and a wall blocks your views. Neighbors were quiet and unnoticed during our stay. All in all, very pleased with the house for our needs and enjoyed our time there.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that the home's spacious layout, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen, game room, pool, garage access, and patio views helped make your stay enjoyable. It's especially nice to know the large gathering spaces worked well for your group meals and game nights. We also appreciate your feedback regarding cooking supplies. We strive to provide a well-stocked kitchen with a wide variety of cookware, bakeware, utensils, serving dishes, dinnerware, glassware, and cleanup essentials to make preparing and enjoying meals as convenient as possible. While we do provide a selection of common spices, we intentionally don't stock perishable cooking ingredients such as oils, sauces, or specialty items, as guests' preferences and dietary needs vary. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love the opportunity to welcome you back the next time your travels bring you to the area!

We’re a Midwest family with roots just outside Chicago, now sharing our Arizona home with guests from all over. As business professionals, we work hard everyday but we’re equally intentional about creating and maintaining a high quality, welcoming space for every stay. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed property that delivers a five-star experience in the heart of the Valley.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose Fountain Hills for its unique blend of peaceful desert living and incredible access to everything the Valley has to offer. Unlike the busier parts of Scottsdale, Fountain Hills offers a quieter, more scenic setting with stunning mountain views, beautiful desert landscapes, and a true neighborhood feel. At the same time, we’re just minutes from world-class golf, hiking, Saguaro Lake, and all the dining, entertainment, and events in Scottsdale and the surrounding cities. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience and exactly what makes it such a special place to share with guests.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property combines some of the best features guests look for in an Arizona vacation home: stunning Four Peaks views, a heated pool, spa, putting green, and a private resort-style backyard designed for relaxation and fun. Whether you're enjoying a sunrise over the mountains, spending the day poolside, or gathering with family and friends under the Arizona sky, the home offers an experience that feels both peaceful and memorable.
