Adjacent to the master bedroom is an enclosed, air-conditioned Florida room with cozy seating which then leads you out to an additional outdoor, covered balcony which incredible views of the lush topical pool area. Steps down the hall is another guest room with a queen size bed, an en suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a private, covered balcony area. The colorful, teal-tiled poolside cottage comes with a queen size bed and an en suite full bath with a shower/tub combination, and it is air-conditioned. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and ample closet space including the guest cottage.

This home comes with an assigned parking space. No trailers, boats, jet skis or motor homes are allowed. No vehicle length over 18’ long, including trailer hitches, or 80” wide is allowed on property.
