This luxurious Golf Villa with mature gardens affording privacy & seclusion is situated nr Secret Valley Golf Course with an open outlook over the adjacent green area & towards the Mediterranean Sea.. The property enjoys a quiet situation in a small cul-de-sac, only a few minutes from the developments entrance. The development is ideally situated to enjoy golf and the accompanying facilities(on 2 courses), local village life and the exploration of Paphos, Limassol and surrounding Troodos mountains.

Both the interior and exterior have been designed and finished tastefully in keeping with a development and villa of this stature. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. Modern furnishings, fittings, appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine ncl) and extras such as dishwasher, BBQ, and Premium Channel IPTV have been carefully planned and provided for a stress free, all taken care of holiday where you can simply relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of Movies and TV Series which is regularly updated.**

The main living accommodation of the villa is between 2 floors, with living room, dining area, kitchen and cloakroom downstairs and all 3 bedrooms, en-suite to master bedroom, family bathroom and a balcony with panoramic sea views upstairs.

Outside there is a generously sized and private colourful garden (with loungers, parasols and furniture) surrounding a clear blue swimming pool for your leisure. A long private driveway with gates leads to the front of the house and also to the rear, where sun terraces provide shade and overlook the pool.

A Car Port assists with keeping the car cool in the height of summer. Views can be gained to the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains from most areas of the villa.

Many thanks for your kind review. We agree a car is absolutely necessary in this location. There is small supermarket in nearby Kouklia (5-10 mins) as well as a supermarket and a range of facilities and amenities at nearby Aphrodite Hills. Easy access to the coast road and motorway network gives an even bigger choice for guests within 30 mins or less. It is a great location for seeing various parts of the island. Many thanks again

Very clean and well looked after as always. Perfect location - compared to the East coast of Cyprus, the Paphos region is quiet and unspoilt area. Secret Valley and the surrounding area is very accessible and there are some lovely places to visit nearby, good restaurants etc.

Pissouri Beach with Captain’s Bay Restaurant
Oniro restaurant (near the Edro shipwreck)
Motorboat hire with Latchi Watersports – the service was great there.
Hiring a buggy with Petrides or other similar to explore Akamas and Lara Bay (hot in August but good in May/ June time).

''' The villa was good. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Very clean, spacious for the 4 of us and the pool area was great for the boys, even though they are 17 & 14, they amused themselves for ages! The location is about a 10 min drive to nearest supermarket, restaurants etc. It is in a very quiet, peaceful location. Lots of other villas in the area. Clear views down to the coast
We enjoyed Il Vesuvio & Kentriokon in Mandria and visited Platea Tavern in Pissouri. Pissouri had great narrow traditional streets. Visited Latchi/Polis one day and I would return possibly to stay there next time. Beautiful area.

Very satisfied with your service. Third time using you and would highly recommend. I had to contact the local manager twice - first to get a hairdryer replaced as it was sparking at me (it was replaced the next morning) and secondly to report the nail varnish incident. Both times I was happy with her service. We probably will visit again. Lovely climate in Oct for us. We had another great holiday in Cyprus''

Secret Valley, is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of 'Petra tou Romiou', the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations.

Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment Secret Valley really is a must for golfing enthusiasts worldwide.

The development is conveniently situated for visits to the islands other golf courses including Aphrodite Hills which is but 2 km away, the newly refurbished Minthis Hills (30 mins drive) & Elea Estate which is a Faldo designed course. The popular villages of Pissouri and Kouklia are but a few minutes drive and the main towns of Paphos and Limassol can be reached in 15 minutes and 35 minutes respectively.

Local (not busy) Beaches can easily be reached at 'Petra Tou Romiou’ (5 mins), Pissouri (15 mins) , Avdimou (20 mins) in one direction and Coral Bay and Lara in the other.

There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
