Situé au bord des Black Hills du Dakota du Sud sur le ranch du canyon indien à côté de l'historique Indian Canyon. Vous pouvez trouver la paix à l'intérieur / à l'extérieur de cette belle cabane. Vous avez l'exclusivité complète de vos voisins car le voisin le plus proche est à un mile sur la route. La cabine est située près du début du sentier Mickelson (navettes disponibles) et notre propriété voisine est BLM Land. Cette région est connue pour la chasse au wapiti, au cerf et à la dinde. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez votre séjour avec nous! Notre objectif est de vous faire sentir aussi à l'aise que possible. Nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie et encourageons fortement à emmener vos bébés à fourrure.

Wonderful cabin with only horses as your neighbor. Quiet, clean and peaceful. Easy access to all the sights. Great communication with host and simple check in/out.

We had a fantastic experience at this Vrbo! The cabin was even better than we expected and the views were incredible. We could sit on the porch for weeks on end watching storms in the distance and the stars at night. It's remote, but still easily accessible. We'll be back to enjoy this wonderful piece of paradise. The host was amazing as well.

2024 adventure

Host, Tanner, was very accommodating and kept in touch to make sure we were happy. The ranch was awesome. Very peaceful and beautiful. Close to Custer State Park which is highly recommended and other national parks. It was hot during our stay but the a/c units did the job of keeping the place cool. Internet works great and Roku TV was a plus. Overall, this place is a high 5 and definitely recommended. We would definitely go back.

Homebase for SD exploration

Perfect property to come back to after exploring the sights in the region. We easily explored Rapid City, Custer State Park, Wind Cave & Badland National Parks, Wall Drug, Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse. The home is very comfortable and easy to get to even thought it's a few miles out of town. The people in Edgemont were friendly and welcoming when we went into town for dinner, but we were able to grab some groceries and make dinner with ease at the house as well. Horses in the pasture just behind the house were fun to watch in the mornings, as well as the little rabbit that lived somewhere close by. Do yourself a favor and plan to spend at least one evening at the house. Grab a glass of your favorite beverage, sit on the porch and watching the sunset skies.

perfect getaway

Hidden back a long dirt road with the nearest neighbor a mile away, this little log cabin was perfect for getting away from it all.

SD Getaway

Would stay here again & again. Loved the cabin & property. Owner is easy to deal with. Had a small issue with the water heater breaker tripping several times while staying & the cleaning company should slow down & do the details. I did reach out to the owner & let her know. Owner is very knowledgeable about the area & is willing to tell you anything you need or want to know. We will be coming back & will be requesting to stay here again.

Enjoy the Country!

If you are looking to unwind and enjoy the quiet, this is the place for you! All popular attractions are about an hour away from this cabin, which made it a perfect retreat. The nearest town is about 8 miles away and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. There are cattle on the property that are grazing the land in the mornings and you may even get to see them up close and personal. The owner kept good contact through our stay and her family even checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We brought our dog and she was in heaven the entire time! Overall it was awesome! If we ever go back through to South Dakota we would definitely stay here.

Beautiful location

Overall we had a great stay! A couple small concerns Initially included having to reach out to the property owner for check in information, running out of water briefly (owner does not live locally, but has family available to help) which was remedied quickly, and there was no key available to us to lock the front door. It was very remote and peaceful. It has a lovely front porch we used each morning and evening. There were 3 well loved chairs available outside. I would recommend bringing your own camping chairs to sit on for the porch. We had great communication with the owner. And found a great place to swim relatively close to the cabin. It was a wonderful experience!

4th of July Family trip

Cozy rustic log cabin, peaceful setting. Loved the cows in the pasture. Great place to get away and be one with nature.

I am from South Dakota and enjoy spending my days outside with my family and riding horses. I love being a host because I get to show you a piece of how I grew up! I also LOVE to meet people and learn about what brought them to South Dakota.

I love this property because It gives me a chance to get away from the city. It is also "coming home" for me as my family ranch and neighbor, is my mom. We work and live in Rapid City and try to get down to the ranch as much as possible. We are excited to share it with you!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Surrounded by sage brush and pine trees, TT Mountain Ranch offers peace and tranquility like you have never experienced before. It is far enough away to get the "rural" South Dakota feeling, but close enough to town to make it not feel so distant. This cozy cabin has a king master suite with two queen beds upstairs, high speed internet access, and window AC units so it's not so hot during summer. We also are all about our furr family, so highly encourage brining your dogs on your family vacation!
