The overall stay was good. The porches were so nice, the views were nice, we enjoyed the surrounding neighbors horses and dogs. It's nice to see them from a distance. The house is decorated well and we loved having the roll away beds! The pictures are true to the house specifically and everything in it is really nice. The only thing that is misrepresented is there is a cabin on the same property and there are a good amount of neighbors unlike the pictures. The hall bathroom shower only runs hot water with no cold so be careful with children so they don't get scolded. There is no microwave or dishwasher, but our stay was only 3 nights so it was easy enough. We enjoyed our stay and all of the things we wanted to visit were within a 1-2 hours drive.

Thank you for staying with us! We are sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your stay and that you found the listing description not fully true to reality.We do not have a microwave or dishwasher, but we also do not list those as amenities on hand, Being in the country, having appliances with large current drae does not favor too well with our electrical coop, so we have made good due without them for the past 9 years. We will update our listing to try to stress the exclusion of these "necessary" household items so there is no more confusion. As for the cabin on the property, this is the owners utility cabin where he sometimes stays with his partner teather and dog Kido. This has been the case for years and we never have had a complaint about it until now, so werent aware that it felt intrusive? I am onsite now tying up some loose ends before i travel out of country, and didnt actually ecounter you so i was unaware that this was an issue for you. I would have vacated. We take good care to leave interactions entirely up to our guests.. This property offers 12 acres all to yourself (except for the 500sf cabin) which is a good bit more available private space for guests than most places offer for the value, but i am sorry you didnt see it this way We really appreciate your business and take your input very seriously, and will consider modifying these areas wherever possible
