Amazing family stay

This was an amazing location and perfect accommodations for a family of 6. Everything from central location and walking distance to other locations with the ease of everything you really need right at the Hilton grounds. Fireworks, amazing food, water slides and a lagoon for the kiddos, submarine rides and catamarans. You won’t regret staying here. We will be back. Best vacation ever!

Great location and view

We had a wonderful time at the Hilton Hawaiian Village- Grand Islander. We love the 2 bedroom suite we stayed in where we had 2 balconies and 1 was in one of the bedroom. Room was contemporary in design. Great view of the ocean and the Hilton property. Check in was easy. The room met our expectation. Will definitely be doing this again.

The property was great for a family with small kids. 5 of us stayed here and were very comfortable with plenty of space. Check in and check out we’re very easy.

I loved staying at this property. It was clean and the view was amazing.I loved that it had laundry. It was close to everything. All the pools and beach and shopping mall. The only thing is that it is very busy. I wish the food was better at the restaurants. I did love the location and will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location! So many amenities, hotel staff went above and beyond! Location to beach, stores, shopping and activities was 10/10! Property had basics and more! Will definitely try to get this rental again!

amazing place but not a fan of the crowds

The place itself is amazing. Clean, modern, every amenity. The complex with all the hotels, pools, restaurants and location is great BUT be prepared that it's kinda like disney land. It's super crowded and difficult to really enjoy. Can't get into restaurants without a reservation always pushing your way through crowds and forget about getting spot pool side.

Lovely Beach Suite

Me and my family had a wonderful time in Hawaii and our stay was perfect. Al was the best at communicating with me and made sure we were all taken care of when we arrived. There as plenty of space for me, my husband and 4 teens. The location is ideal being you are on the beach and the amenities are endless.

Very nice view

The room has nice view and we really enjoyed the view. The room is consider as premium penthouse room but during the stay we spotted several bugs on the wall and 3 cockroaches in bedroom 1. I don't expect to see insects in a 5 star condo. Hopefully, management will do something about it to keep it clean because it's a beautiful place.

A Dream Come True

This was a truly beautiful resort and our timeshare unit was super clean and had all the amenities! We had an Oceanfront view and it was just spectacular. We loved the resort, the pools, the luau, and all the conveniences of shops nearby to get snacks and drinks. Having my coffee from the double balconies of Lagoon Tower to look at the ocean by day and the stars and moon by night was just the medicine we needed! If you’re on the fence, book it- it’s worth every dime!

Great Place to Stay

Pro's - Fabulous location! Excellent apartment. Extremely clean. Amazing beds (as always in the hilton). Great views. Great tower... Great Restaurants/ Bars. LOVED IT! Serviced once in a 8 day stay. If you want more you will need to pre organise... Con's - Beware, if you require two beds in the second bedroom, and the property manager on this site says yes, you still won't get them... Disappointing. But the sofa bed came in handy (ok if you don't need to use your lounge!). Very pricey compaired to apartments around.

Lovely Lovely Stay But....

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Lagoon Tower. Amazing property. Perfect if you are traveling with family. Don't rent a car unless you want to explore the island. Otherwise everything is in walking distance , farmers market , great night life .. amazing. We were at the 8th floor. All two bedrooms are closer to the elevator but really Zero noise. Only only issue was - Check in. Please take the effort to get all details properly - like Who's name was the reservation, what is your confirmation # that Hilton will know not VRBO .. this is a timeshare unit . So there are some rules about renting it out. We do not know all those. You do not want to go there and look suspicious because of some reservation "Issues". But we loved it . Our stay was awesome. They had fireworks on friday night. The lagoons are great for kids to play .The rainbow village had lots of resturants and evening stroll was so fun, ice cream store, star bucks .. I will go there again and again and again....

Only critique is the room was not quiet. There was enough noise from the elevator moving that l had to use earplugs for sleeping and you heard it all day also.
