Gull Reef 626 es un fantástico condominio que cuenta con una vista parcial al mar desde el balcón privado y está ubicado en el único complejo de condominios frente al mar de Tybee Island. El Beachside Colony Resort cuenta con tres piscinas, que incluyen una piscina climatizada y un popular restaurante frente a la playa, The Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen.

Relájese y disfrute de este hermoso condominio, que ha sido completamente remodelado y redecorado con toda la decoración costera nueva. Disfrute de esta unidad final con toneladas de luz natural y una vista lateral del océano. ¡Es la escapada perfecta para familias o escapadas de chicas! El asiento de la ventana grande será uno de tus lugares favoritos para relajarte con un buen libro. El condominio tiene un plan de piso abierto y tiene un balcón amueblado. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y 3 para la barra de desayuno. La cocina se ha actualizado y tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y accesorios, e incluye una lavadora y secadora apiladas.

La suite principal renovada está amueblada con una cama King y tiene un baño adjunto con una ducha a ras de suelo con hermosos azulejos y un asiento en la esquina. Las dos habitaciones de huéspedes están amuebladas con una cama Queen size en una y 2 gemelas en la segunda. Cada habitación incluye un televisor / DVD. Overall experience was great. Nice location with lots to offer and short walk to the beach. Bathrooms could use some hooks in the shower and bathroom for wash clothes and towels. Would be nice if location offered beach chairs as well.

Fabulous beach condo!

Loved the condo! It’s a corner unit, so it gets tons of natural light! Very spacious, and it’s a short walk to the beach! Since it’s on the north end of the island, it’s also much quieter at night. Great place for a family beach trip!

Family beach time at Gull Reef 626

This unit was clean and plenty spacious for myself and husband, daughter, and 2 granddaughters. It was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The beds were comfy, sheets and towels were good quality. It was an easy walk to the beach.

Loved being close to the beach. Enjoyed the place. Our only issue was with the mildew/ mold in the dishwasher. Caused the kitchen to smell.

Beach getaway

This was a great condo for a group of 6--4 adults and 2 children. It was attractive, roomy and clean. The patio is quite small and the view of the beach was pretty limited, but other than that, it was perfect. It is very convenient to walk to the beautiful beach and the unit is fairly well supplied. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner!

Beds were very old and saggy. Heavy Mildew on the shower curtains. Balcony door was missing the handle and no way to lock. Screen was also missing from the screen door.For as much as they charge i would expect good beds, pillows and a secure locking door.

Vacation spot

It was a great place! Loved the spacing and the property managers. Very close to the beach and loved how it was not very crowded being a holiday weekend. Only thing missing, the restaurants. We did drive down to the pier and walked around but only because we did have a 2 year old and did not bring a stroller or his bike. But that was more so on us. The property was perfect for what we were looking for and that was the beach.

Fabulous for Families!

Gulf Reef was a perfect fit for our family vacation! First, the location was amazing! Just the listing said, it was steps from the beach & we could see the ocean ftom our balcony. Bonus- the chair & umbrella rentals were right there at our beach entrance. Next, the condo it self was extremely clean and had hotel level service for linens and towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to cook and it was labeled!! The furniture was comfortable, well taken care of, and the window seat was my girls favorite spot. Even though the condo is in the back and faces the road, it was very quiet and most of the bedrooms are not on that side. The complex where the condo is located has a great restaurant called the Deck Bar- highly recommend for wonderful food, and fabulous drinks. Tybee Island is also only 30 minutes from Savannah and very easy to drive in and out of the city!Finally, communication about the condo, and checking in & out were very clear and timely. If our family ever makes it back to the Savannah area, we would love to rent this again or any property from Tybee Vacation Rentals.

Only one recommendation

Everything was good with one exception. The mattress in the master bedroom had a terrible sag in it. We did not sleep well. I recommended to the rental agency to replace it. Hopefully they did.

Overall the experience was good. We loved having the pool and beach access right there. The condo wasn’t the cleanest. The floors were pretty dirty, and the kitchen table had dried food on it. I assume from the previous occupants. If we walked around the condo without shoes, our feet would be so filthy. We had to purchase a swiffer to keep the floors clean. It would’ve been nice to have that provided since there was a broom provided and mop bucket. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. If fit our family perfectly! I would stay her again!

All girls trip

The floors were dirty (not to eyes) as soon as we got here of course we took shoes off and with in 5 minutes our feet/socks were black as could be. Called them they sent someone to remop but was not any better. Lady sent was very rude. They just moped with water and rinsed it out in sink and went to next area. I suggest to get some cleaner to mop with also. other problems also. Ice maker didn't work. refrigerator was not cool enough. Dishwasher was nasty. After washing first load and them coming out as dirty as before had to wash by hand .
