About Heather Tuttle

Kyle and Heather Tuttle have been married 11 years and have 3 sweet little girls ages 8, 6 and 3. They bought Eagle Nest together with Kyle's parents to have a home to relax in and create family memories.

Heather Tuttle purchased this house in 2013

Why Heather Tuttle chose Florida Central West

Eagle Nest is 40 minutes from where the owners live. It is the perfect distance for a quick weekend get-a-way. The views, fishing and pool make this spot hard to leave!

What makes this house unique

They fell in love with this house because of the water views from all rooms and the amazing fishing. They often catch mangrove snapper and trout off the dock and snook and redfish from their boat. It is also located at the end of a cul-de-sac so their kids can easily ride their bikes.

Beautiful Property!

  • 5 of 5

This was the best family vacation spot we have ever visited. The home was very comfortable and very well equipped. Lovely decor obviously designed by an interior designer. Owning a vacation rental myself I must say that this is a superior property. Thank you Heather.

Everything and more

  • 5 of 5

With our boat in tow we headed to the gulf coast to enjoy easy gulf access and got the bonus of a thriving estuary as well as visiting dolphins and manatee. The pool was a welcome place to cool off after a morning of fishing. The views of the gulf and the estuary are excellent but the sunset steals the show. Even when stormy the view is wonderful. The amenities were perfect keeping us very comfortable and content. Truly enjoyed our time here. It is a quiet community which boasts great public water access, excellent local restaurants and, if needed, excellent shopping within driving distance.

Looking forward to our next visit

The home was wonderful with a fantastic location, especially if you love the water. Great salt water and fresh spring water activities all within a close vicinity. Our family stayed busy the entire time.

...brilliant...

  • 5 of 5

...to quote 6 YO Louis, great nephew, visiting Gulf of Mexico for first time from Rochester, UK. In the pool for hours every day, two kayak days & one sail day & learned to cast two days with this uncle. Bicycle on three days with his father. Pokemon GO (???) around the neighborhood with a younger uncle. Collapsed into bed every day very shortly after sunset...

Eight month old Emil said little, obviously enjoyed the pool also, and appeared to think a heeling, pounding upwind sailboat was maximum big giggle cool.

Very nice place the views are wonderful

  • 3 of 5

We picked a bad week to stay the weather was windy and chilly. We could not use the pool.

The bicycles needed repaired, we fixed two of the three the frame was bent on the black one.

the place is not good for three adult couples we had to sleep in the bunk room. The place down stairs should be made into a full bedroom and the laundry put in the garage. The dock is not good for putting water craft in because of the tides. I cut my leg up on the barnacles on the ladder. I recommend this place for two couples and kids.

Owner's Response: I am a little taken aback from your review and feel I need to respond...When you booked the house your reservation said for 4 adults. Once you had made the reservation it was brought to my attention you would have more, not a big deal. My bedroom layout for the house is clearly described in the listing. I have one King Bed, One Queen bed and 2 sets of twin beds. So, you should have been aware of the sleeping arrangements when you booked and before you arrived. My house sleeps 6-8 people. I do not wish to do renovations like you suggested to sleep additional people. It is not a party house. I traveled for Spring Break the same week you stayed at our house, and it was too cold to go swimming too. I did message you during your stay and let you know you could turn the pool heater on, but you did not respond. I am sorry all 3 bikes were not working, I'm a little shocked because one is one month old. I emailed you and texted you to please let me know if you have any problems during your stay and I would be happy to help. For example the wind knocked the grill over and broke it for the people before you, I immediately bought them a new grill and delivered it to them. All you needed to do was ask. Thank you.
