HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt sur l'eau à Rockport

Il y a beaucoup de choses qui rendent notre condo à Rockport, au Texas, spécial. Il a été présenté en 2015 dans un épisode de Beachfront Bargain Hunt de HGTV (Redemption à Rockport, Texas, saison 8, épisode 9). En outre, il a survécu à une tempête de catégorie 4 lorsque l’ouragan Harvey a soufflé en 2017. C'est un condo bien décoré avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain au deuxième étage avec un balcon de 40 pieds surplombant la baie d'Aransas. Il y a une piscine et la pêche est aussi facile que de traverser la rue. Le condo a un approvisionnement complet avec à peu près tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable.

The view is fantastic from the porch! The host was able to accommodate an extra night stay and we appreciated it very much. Had a great time fishing too!

Tim was a great host, very responsive when the WiFi went out. (Turned out it was an area wide outage) The condo is very comfortable and the sunrise views are incredible. We were there about five weeks and it wasn’t enough.

Great Location

We did a girls trip and stayed for two nights. While it’s not super modern it is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Each room has a bathroom connected which was nice. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean up. The sunrise and sunset view from the balcony is gorgeous and we spotted Dolphins everyday! Overall wonderful stay!

Island Time on the Bay Mon

Second time we have stayed at this property. Tim is very attentive to client's needs and communicating with clients in a very timely manner. No hesitation about staying again. Pier is lighted to enjoyable night fishing.

Wonderful view

The condo has the best view on the property. The weather was not the best, but because of the view we still were able to have a nice, relaxing vacation. The owner was extremely responsive and very hospitable. The condo had everything we needed and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We love traveling and seeing the world. For our weekend getaways when we're not taking off on the big jet plane, we head to the Texas Gulf Coast. We have a wonderful condo right along the water that we love to share!

We feel lucky to have found this condo. It gave us a thrill when we were invited to tell the story of how we fell in love with it on an episode of HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt. Now that the cameras are gone, the thrill remains! It's our place to entertain friends and spend time with our grandchildren.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When we leave our job in the big city, we try to leave the office in plenty of time to get on that 40-foot balcony for an evening of cool breezes and sharp refreshments. Throw in some fresh seafood from Alby's - they serve it from right off the boat - and our condo is tough to beat. Wake up the next morning to a quick cup of fresh coffee and one of the most brilliant sunrises you'll ever see!
