Wonderful stay

We had wonderful stay here. The property is very nice, quiet, and in a good location for us. Our hosts, Helen and Ted, are very nice and accommodating. Everything worked out great from checking in to checking out. Would love to stay here again.

The Casita was an awesome jewel! We loved our stay and the property. The citrus trees were bonus.

This was by far the best VRBO or other organization rentals best property we stayed at and was exactly as advertised. We look forward to stay here again when visiting family. Helen was attentive and caring a wonderful host!!!

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay near Phoenix in this great place. It is a short drive to shops and restaurants and is a really nice neighborhood. It was a perfect size for my husband and me. The owner is gracious and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

By far the best VRBO rental we have stayed at. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Helen was very kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again.

Wonderful Guest House

My husband and I spent a little over 2 weeks at this lovely guest house. Helen was wonderful and the home had everything we needed. My husband really enjoyed the grapefruit from her trees in the backyard. We would definitely go back if ever visiting AZ.

Very comfortable and a Great value

The guest house is spacious and private. Has everything you need to cook dinners at home and well located to explore the area. My dog loved the stretch of green lawn out our front door for playing catch and just hanging out.

The guest house was quiet, clean and well stocked with essential kitchen and toiletry items. Helen was welcoming and accommodating upon our arrival and during our stay. We would like to come back for another stay in the future.

Exactly what you want a vacation rental to be.

This is a wonderful little home in a beautiful garden peppered with citrus trees and adorned with a lovely pool and seating areas. The house is equipped with everything one needs and more, it is well decorated and maintained. The hosts are responsive, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

This owners were very nice and great communication and the rental was perfect in every way for our short extended stay in town for business. Wonderful Retreat

This property is excellent! It is in a wonderful area and is as fabulous as the pictures! The guest house is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoroughly equipped with everything that you could possibly want in a vacation retreat. Each room is spacious, and the furniture is extremely comfortable, especially the king-sized bed. Helen and her family are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can’t wait to stay there again!

Monthlong vacation

This is truly a hidden gem! Helen was a gracious host and always available when we had questions. She provided all the comforts of home and more supplies than one would expect. The location was perfect for us and very close to highways making it easy to get anywhere in the Phoenix area. I highly recommend this lovely guest home.

Just perfect for two

This guest house was perfect for the two of us. We came to visit our son and daughter in law for a couple of days and the pool was a great place to visit keep cool and talk. Helen couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful yet gave us plenty of room to visit with our son. Highly recommend

A Perfect Gem

Property was in a great location for us. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and plenty of room for two people. Bed was very comfortable and cozy. We were able to ride our bikes through nice neighborhoods from the property to Fletcher Park concrete path staying off of busy streets except for one. We hope to stay there again when we are visiting relatives in Peoria.
