This beautiful 2 story remodeled home is perfect for your vacation getaway! Literally 8 minutes from the State Farm Stadium and has all the amenities you could need or want to make your stay enjoyable. Nice warm fireplace for the cold nights, a nice cool pool for the warm days, and a jacuzzi for everything in between. Pool table in the living room and flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. All the amenities in the kitchen you will need to feed the crew before and after activities. Massive king size bed in the master bedroom with a large patio overlooking the pool to relax on after the day is done.

Room by room breakdown:

2 story home with a giant kitchen including smart fridge, stove, microwave, air fryer, pressure cooker, dishwasher, toaster, pans, kitchen utensils, forks, spoons, a powerful blender, ice maker, and much more!

The living room has a massive 75" smart tv, large couch with 5 recliners with cupholders, a pool table, dart board, and a Alexa with some serious bass.

The downstairs bedroom has a large bookshelf with many different types of books, a large queen bed with a super comfortable mattress.

The laundry room has a powerful, large capacity washer and dryer.

Full gym in the garage with 2 large flat screen tv's, and all the workout equipment you could need and want on your vacation.

The upstairs bedroom has a large queen bed with a bathroom that has a super deep soaking tub with tv.

The master suite has a massive king size bed with a super comfortable mattress, an Alexa with major bass under the bed, and a large shower with rain shower head. The master also has a large outside patio with a couch and fire pit.

Message me if you want the Jacuzzi warmed up for your stay. It's only an extra $10 a day.

Owner occupied travel trailer in 3rd parking spot in driveway.

Had a great stay overall. Kept our kids busy the entire time! Wish the pool was heated but everything worked out great! Dion thought of everything on this rental - all the bells and whistles. Not detail of entertainment was missed! Kudos to the Fireplace and those frisky fish! Kept my kids entertained through out!

We rented the home for a weekend of home away from home activities. The house is in the perfect area and the pictures don’t do it justice. Love that there are tvs in every room including the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.

The home itself is very nice and was the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. It’s comfortable and well maintained, and overall it works well for a family stay.One thing that should absolutely be disclosed in the listing is that the owner is onsite at the property. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but guests should know that ahead of time when booking.The main problem during our stay was a trailer parked in the driveway that regularly smelled very strongly of cannabis. We noticed it multiple times a day when entering and leaving the property. While cannabis is legal in Arizona, the smell was extremely strong and unpleasant, especially when walking past it with young kids who kept asking about the smell.If the owner addressed the odor issue and clearly disclosed that they are onsite, this would otherwise be a great place to stay.

Thanks for your review and for staying with us. You guys were awesome. Just wanted to touch on one point you added to your review that I think you might of missed in my listing. It is very clearly stated more than once in my listing that it's an owner occupied travel trailer in the driveway. It is also a picture of my trailer in the driveway in my listing. So sorry you missed this. I do wish you and your wife traveling grace on your trip back home!

I will mention that this is one that is lived in, but you wouldn’t know it until you open a closet. It is pristine. Great set up. mini pool table and soft darts, comfortable living furniture, uppper and lower outdoors areas with the pool and putting area. Lots of appliances. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms well stocked. Highly recommend if you have activities that side of Phoenix. Pretty to close to GCU as well where we caught a basketball game. Super easy check in.

Amazing Stay!There were so many great things to love about this house — from the beautiful pool and fun pool table to the spacious living area and the awesome gym in the garage. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen had nearly every appliance imaginable (even a dehydrator!). The only small improvement we could suggest would be a bit more closet space, but that’s a minor detail compared to everything else this home offers. Overall, we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Weeknd Getaway

We were here for a concert so the location in proximity to the Stadium was great as well as Tanger Outlet. The house was great, overall enjoyed our time there. Loved the ease of check out and not having to strip bedding, do our own towels, dishes etc like in most other VRBOs we’ve stayed in. The noon check in was a huge plus as well.

It's location makes it a gem. I am literally 8 minutes away from the stadium and 10 minutes away from the casino and other amenities. This home has everything you would need for a trip away from home. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and the living area is very spacious. The kitchen is built to cook in and entertain. It has a fireplace for the cold nights a nice size pool for the hot summer days, and a jacuzzi for the days in between.

The thing that made me fall in love with the property before I even walked in the door was the big bushes in front that give you so much privacy. You will love the layout of the property. It is comfortable and also set up for entertainment.
