Modern two bedrooms two bathrooms - Full kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and other small appliances. Also with washer and dryer. Sleeps 5 people comfortably with two queen beds in each room, one sofa and a futon in the living and dining area. Fifteen minutes walk to Saunders Beach and to the World Famous Arawak Cay. Ten minutes walk to Bahama Grill for good ole down home Bahamian cooking and some of your favorites like BBQ ribs served with a Bahamian flair. Free WiFi, Enclosed Yard. Unit is tiled throughout and located in a charming neighborhood.

NOTE: Backup generator installed as power cuts during summer months are common.

Mrs. T is an absolutely wonderful host; very helpful and responsive. The apartment is perfect for a simple stay in Nassau. Everything was very clean and working conditions. Recommend this 100%.

A wonderful place to stay in Nassau

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Nassau. The property is even better than the listing photo show. It is a quiet place to spend relaxing evenings after fun at the beach. Close proximity to everything that you need to go to while you were there. the hosts are absolutely wonderful and they even have cars available for rent while staying there. You cannot go wrong with this property. Plenty of room to kick back and relax.

Fantastic!

What a fabulous place to stay! Very new property. Tanya was quick to get us anything we needed and had all the info for where to go and what to do. We rented a car from her for our 2 week stay. Was great to get around the island and do things in our own time. I recommend being very clear on the address for when you arrive, or arrange for Tanya to come pick you up. We had some difficulty getting there from the airport.

Great host great place

From the time we arrived at the property until we left I do not have one negative word for this review! The host Tanya was there to greet us and showed us the property, it was so clean and had everything we would need. They even had car seats and a stroller( we didn’t need it but was great to see) Beach towels was provided, even sugar and some seasoning in case we needed and there’s a gate for added security. I would give a 6 star rating if possible….highly recommended!! Thank you Tanya for the great hospitality.

Amazing Host and Space!!

We have stayed at this property a few times and it always meets expectations! The host is amazing and very responsive to communication. The space is large, clean, and very comfortable. We will definitely be back again!

Warm Inviting property

Mrs. Newbold was extremely Helpful and the property is beautifully taking care of. She made our stay comfortable and responded quickly with any questions we had. Would recommend P.S. If traveling from airport, follow directions listed. Apple Maps may take you to another Sherman Ave.

Peaceful Vacation

We truly loved our accommodations. Everything looked brand new. Plenty of linens and towels. Everything was spotless. Very clean. We loved having a TV in each bedroom after a long day of site seeing and shopping. It was very helpfully being picked up and returned to the airport my the property managers husband for a small fee. There is no Uber service in the Bahamas. This was a perfect property for us and our two grown sons.

Looking for a home away from home with gracious property owners...stay here!

I chose this property because it was very close to my conference location. The location and amenities exceeded my expectations....safe, onsite off the street parking, WiFi and cable TV, convenient landline phone for local calls, easy access to the beaches, Cable Beach, restaurants, grocery stores etc. I would highly recommend this property, the owners offer car rentals and can arrange airport pick you. The property was spotless and very comfortable with modern amenities and easy check in and out processes. As a frequent visitor to the Bahamas and a timeshare property owner, this property rates high on my list and I will tell all of my friends to stay here. Thank you Mr and Mrs Newbold for your exemplar hospitality. It is truly BETTER IN THE BAHAMAS.

Great Customer Service

Just as important as having a nice location to stay is having great customer service. Mrs. Newbold provided just that. She provides transportation from the airport to her property. I know there are other modes of transportation. But it is an added personal touch to have the service provided by the place you are staying. There is a charge. But it is worth it. She made the stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend booking with her if you need somewhere to stay in Nassau.

I cannot say enough good about this property and the owners!! We stayed for 7 days and it was literally perfect. Far better then any hotel. Very quiet and peaceful which is nice.The apartment is very clean and anything you need is within walking distance. It literally is a home away from home. We were able to go to the grocery store and then cooked full meals and had visitors over who also was surprised with how lovely the apartment was. When we do go back to the Bahamas, we will return here again!! Mrs Newbold and her husband are great people and they check in with you to see if there is anything they can do to help make you more comfortable. Getting quality sleep and rest is so important when you are out of town and we got that and more then what we expected, As I said earlier, I just can't seem to write a good enough review. They go above and beyond what my husband and I expected. God Bless them!! 5 Gold Stars *****
