A Daikin Split System Air Conditioner is also located in this area. The large kitchen, which includes a generous dining area, offers a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, quality SMEG kettle and toaster, a NutriBullet , and a large stainless steel fridge. For those who like to fix themselves a snack , there is also an electric induction cooktop, electric frypan, Gasmate Proxima electric bbq grill, microwave and sandwich press. The apartment has one bathroom with an overhead shower, and a separate laundry facility with front loader washing machine. Secure off street parking is available. Complimentary WiFi is also include. The large outdoor area comes with an outdoor lounge setting. The property is located within an easy 2 minute walk to the pristine Collingwood Beach, and the famous coastal walk track.
