The main living area has glimpses of the waters of Jervis Bay and a 1-minute walk across the road will take you to Collingwood beach, one of the most stunning beaches in Jervis Bay (please note, not a pet-friendly beach).

Inside you can kick back on the couch and enjoy the big screen TV and Netflix. Upload your holiday snaps with the free Wifi or relax with a cold drink on the front deck and enjoy a sunset over the bay. When it's time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen or enjoy the bays cooling breeze as you sizzle some steaks on the weber BBQ on the deck.

Close by is the amazing pet friendly Moona Moona Creek where little kids can play safely in the crystal clear waters or take a leisurely stroll north along the foreshore walkway to the beach side village of Huskisson where you'll find an abundance of coffee shops, eateries and unique boutiques. Vincentia village, a short drive away has everything you need to stock up for your stay.

When it's time to hit the hay you'll find both a luxurious queen bedroom as well as a comfortable fold out double bed in the living room for the extra guests. Air conditioning for summer and heating for winter will give you the perfect nights sleep - just the tonic for a fun packed day at the beach (after a complimentary espresso coffee of course!)

Important Information:

- There is some noise from the road during the day when the front doors are left open but there are soundproof doors to ensure noise is kept to a minimum.
- Whilst the property is pet friendly, due to the fencing the property can only accommodate 1 dog.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced but one of the fences is low so Medium to Large dogs will need to be watched.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area, dining and kitchen and has louvre’s in the bedroom/living room that open to provide aircon flow into bedroom.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

Good - very clean and comfortable. Great location Not so good - road noise . Offset position of tv. ( no other options I know, but that doesn’t help when you’re sitting at an angle on the lounge). Door handle mechanisms loose.No floor waste in bathroom???

Beach shack

The house was lovely & perfect for 2 people & a small dog.The only thing is that even though the beach is 1 street away it was not dog friendly so you need to drive to a beach for the dog to have a play.

Lovely, Cosy

We spent a lovely weekend down in Vincentia with our small dog. The property is handy to the beach, a minutes walk. Huskisson town centre is a minutes drive away, as is Vincentia shops. The property has a lovely yard, fully fenced and secure for our dog. The current photos of the yard are old and don’t necessarily show how secure it really is. The kitchen is small but very functional. The bathroom is functional, if slightly dated. The bed room is generous and the bed very comfortable. The living space is lovely. The small BBQ works brilliantly for two people. There’s a Nespresso machine with a heap of pods and a whole box of tea selections.The only slight negatives is that the street is a main thoroughfare and busy with road traffic, but the cottage is well insulated from the noise with the doors shut; and the cottage is not the sole accommodation on the same lot, but again it seems reasonably well insulated from the neighbours. Overall extremely positive.

Great spot

Lovely place. Clean and tidy and in great position, walking distance to Collingwood Beach and also Huskisson if you would like a drink at the pub without driving back. Would go there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights here. Everything functioned well - good heater, hot water - good cooking facilities. We cooked 2 nights and walked into Huskisson the other evenings. The dog was well catered for and enjoyed his long walks and secure garden. Many thanks

Great location with modern beach vibe to enjoy with the fur baby.

A lovely cottage with beach vibe to enjoy with our travelling Siamese cat. She loved sunbaking in the front yard and watching the neighbourhood traffic. We really enjoyed the ideal location with the short walk to the beach to watch the sunrises, close to Huskinsson village for great food and interesting collection of shops, and the short drive to take advantage of the beaches and walks in the National park. My fave was Murray’s Beach … we went there twice ! A busy but relaxing week and look forward to coming back to chill and explore more.

Fabulous location and property

My family had the best family mini vacation at this property. It was so clean and pleasant. It is probably a bit too small to stay for more than a couple of days with kids but it was just right for us for three days. The location was so convenient and although it is on a main road, we were not bothered by the noise

Perfect little getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the jervis bay beach shack. Location is perfect and the place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The yard is also secure so we could let our dog run around with peace of mind. Owners are super friendly, we needed a cork bottle opener and they were only too happy to help We look forward to coming back to enjoy the beach as it rained the whole Time we were there!!

Just what we needed

This beautiful little cottage has been thoughtfully kitted out with everything you need for a perfect stay at the Bay. The walk to the beach was nothing - even my daughter with mobility issues managed it easily. The owners were lovely and the property manager very responsive.

Lovely family holiday

Lovely renovated property close to the beach and lagoon that is perfect for the little ones. With the fold out bed ample space for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything needed is there coffee machine, bbq, dishwasher. Nice, relaxing holiday with the kids. Whole family was happy.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
