Perfect Family/Friend Retreat on Keuka Lake, Hammondsport, NY

Perfect gathering place for family/friends to enjoy a lake getaway this Fall! Our home and guest house is located 3 miles north of Hammondsport (voted the "Coolest Small Town in America"!) The complex sleeps a total of 12 people in beds! The main house has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed! 1 1/2 baths, living area and large deck connected to the Guest house, which has a living area, 1 bedroom with a king size bed, bunk room with 4 twin beds, full size bath and adorable covered porch. Our property has 250 footage of lake front. For guests who bring US Coast Guard approved life vests, we have two paddle boards, two single person kayaks, one double person kayak and a canoe for enjoyment! At booking request, we need you to answer a few questions: confirming # in your party, # of vehicles on property during stay, bringing a boat -size and kind, understand home guidelines, no smoking and not handicapped accessible and meeting us for a brief tour upon arrival to ensure your stay is perfect!

Lake Life at its Best!

The property is amazing, we had a fantastic stay. The main and guest house make it perfect for accommodating families. So private and has multiple hang out spots. It exceeded our expectations! A wonderful place for friends and family to have a great time!

Wonderful property that I highly recommend

We had a great stay at a wonderful house. I do not have enough great things to say about this property. Beth was a wonderful host and we took advantage of all that the area had to offer. We are hoping that we can book this property again next year.

Family Fun

We were a group of 7 adults and 4 children and had a great stay at Beth’s property! Each house was well equipped with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved spending time on the dock and in the kayaks and paddle boards. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Brilliant Lake House

The pictures do not do this lake house justice. It is a far better and brilliant home for family! And it is a rare find with more lake frontage than other homes. Our family enjoyed it so much that no one wanted to leave!

Great Stay

Beth and Chris were very helpful with all aspects of our stay and quickly replied to my texts. The property is perfect for a large family allowing children to have their own areas to play. We enjoyed every aspect of the outdoor space which was the highlight of our stay. Beautiful home in a great location. The only concern that should be considered is the stairs going down to the house from the parking area could be a problem for those who cannot navigate stairs easily.

As we let people know in advance, if my 88 yr old Mother In Law using her cane can walk down the stairs, so can I! Wonderful stay

Beautiful property! One of our favorites! Fantastic views from everywhere....plenty of room for the 12 of us. We brought 9 kayaks so the walk up and down the stairs was a bit much but it was worth it. Visited some wineries that were within minutes of the rental.....crystal clear water! All in all a very enjoyable mini vacation.

Wonderful memories created; beautiful lake, beautiful home, warm and welcoming hosts!

Our host was so lovely from the very beginning nrgptr er rbrm sttobrf giving us advice and suggestions not only for their welcoming home but to community resources as well. She met us when we arrived and walked us through all o of the beautiful comforts of their home. We particularly liked the separate guest house which provided our grown children and grandchildren their own environment and giving ample sleeping rooms for the six adults in our group. We took full advantage of the beautiful views and environment of Keuka Lake kayaking and to the youngsters a first opportunity to try their hand at fishing. Even the ducks were welcoming with a mother and her seven babies coming each morning for breakfast treats.. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and its lovely owners to anyone wishing to experience Keuka Lake and its environs!

Family Get Together

This property was very accommodating to our needs for our family get together for a long weekend…..kitchen was adequate with all the essential needs (pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, etc) …. Both for cooking inside and cooking and grilling outside.. Sleeping accommodations were sufficient, clean and dressed more than adequately, providing extra pillows, blankets, etc…. Houses were conveniently located waterfront with water activity (kayak, paddle boards) provided…….water was beautiful and crystal clear on the leake…………..many restaurants, convenient stores, grocery stores were within driving distance…..all of which provided basic essentials forgotten for purchase…. We were there on a holiday weekend, so there were lots of visitors in area, lots of activity, ppl in this area were very friendly and enjoyable…. All provisions providing our family with a very enjoyable family Weeknd vaca!

Loved it

Stayed here with a few of my close family and friends for an extended wedding weekend to relax and rest. Property is even more beautiful in person if that’s possible. Extremely well kept and clean. Great location. Wonderful host!

Amazing Experience

The entire process was wonderful from the time we booked the property to the time we left. Beth (the owner) was gracious and very welcoming to our family. Everything was thoroughly explained. The place and location were amazing! We feel very fortunate to have stayed here. Definitely a do-over. We can’t recommend this place enough-The Seeley Family

We love lake life and our family has enjoyed Keuka Lake for over 20 years! Prior to that, my husband and I as kids spent our summers on various lakes in Ohio and NY! We love watersports, especially lake wake surfing! Our daughter is an internationally ranked Professional WakeSurfer and runs a charter business on Keuka for family/friends as well as Kids Camps! We absolutely love sharing our special lake house with our guests and know you all will make so many memories with your family and friends as we have!
