Welcome to Ocean City's most popular vacation area. Located at the corner of 11th & Wesley Avenue (Near the Historic Flanders Hotel), the property is just steps to the life guarded beach (Memorial Day to Labor Day), the boardwalk, shops & amusements and the downtown shopping district. This large, luxurious, first floor, smoke-free condominium is the place to be for all your

The unit has every amenity; with a 55" 4k HD Ultra TV and home theater in the living room and Flat Panel HD TVs in each bedroom A new automatic gas fireplace was just installed (Feb 2017). Free High Speed Wireless Internet is also included.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a range, dishwasher, microwave, ice-maker and all the other conveniences a gourmet chef could want.

The Master suite, which includes a private bath, features King size Tommy Bahama bedroom furnishings. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom comes with twin beds for the kids, and the 4th bedroom features a 'bunked' double/twin. Each bedroom has lots of closet space. Also included is a private outdoor hot water shower.

Tons of sunshine with the right amount of shade are found on the front and rear porches that are perfect for outdoor entertaining or just relaxing with a good book. These are just some of the features that await you at this great vacation home at the Jersey shore.

OCNJ Beach House
We had a great stay at this house over a long weekend in early October. The house was located at a great spot along the Ocean City boardwalk and was a short walk from both the beach and boardwalk. The house was well maintained and comfortable. The host was great to work with and communicated with me through the entire property. We would love to stay at this house again if the need ever arose.

Wonderful Stay
My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at Don's property. We have been coming to OCNJ for the last 32 years, and we all agreed that this stay was our favorite. The house is the absolute perfect location, just a short walk from the boardwalk and beach. Don's hospitality and communication was unmatched and was truly a pleasure to speak with. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!

Cant beat the location
This is the third time we have stayed at this property when coming to OCNJ since 2016 and the best part about this rental is how close it is to the beach/boardwalk and the shops and food/coffee on Asbury. Don is super responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is as others have mentioned, the queen bed is so noisy and the furniture in the living room is definitely worn and uncomfortable. I think with a few upgrades to the house and some new living room furniture this place would be a 10/10. Our family had a great week at the beach!

Great house and location!
The house was very clean and had plenty of room 6 adults and 2 little ones. The house was the perfect location being just a few blocks from both the beach and the shops on Asbury!

We had to get out of our home for a week as our hardwood floors were being re-finished so we figured we'd go to one of our favorite places, OCNJ! We stayed at this VRBO and it was just perfect! Great amount of space, a garage and off-street parking along with excellent location, made our get way even better!

Perfect fall getaway!
The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and close to all of our favorite places in Ocean City. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay and the boardwalk is a short walk away. Added bonus that our dog was allowed to stay at the property with us! We were sad to leave at the end of our stay, and hope to return some day!

Stayed the week leading up to Memorial Day. Location was prime for our child under 2. Quick and easy to get on/off boardwalk, beach. Garage was great to leave all of our beach items. Plenty of space in the house. Definitely would like to rent from Don again.

June 2022 Beach Trip
Great property with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and the heart of OCNJ. The large garage is a great feature - I was able to easily store my bikes and beach wagon without having to unpack between each trip.

Great long weekend
We really enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. This house was easy to get to and was conveniently located close to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had no problems at all. My only complaint was the weather- it was cold and rainy for our whole stay!

Nice Location!
We enjoyed our March weekend getaway at this property! The layout is ideal for a family with plenty of room. We were within walking distance to the beach and restaurants (even though we drove to downtown because it was freezing!) There was an issue with the hot water heater but the owner was very responsive and got a plumber in to replace it on a Saturday. We did go 2 days without hot water but we survived! Kitchen is well stocked and the appliances a new/newer as is the washer & dryer. Wish the weather was better as we would have liked to spend time on the big front porch and back deck. The only suggestions we would have is the queen bed is noisy/creaky and the couch in the LR is well-loved and a bit saggy. The king bed is very comfortable!

What makes this property unique

We love to use the property in the off-season or whenever it isn't rented (which isn't often). Being able to escape to the Jersey shore, to walk on the beach and boardwalk, play with the grand kids, visit Atlantic City or just enjoy a lazy afternoon reading is one of the best ways that we have found to relax and recharge from life’s daily challenges.
