Welcome to 62 Castle Ave, this spectacular holiday home offers everything you need for a well-deserved break. Split over two levels the home has been tastefully decorated and designed with holidays in mind. On entry to the home you are greeted by lush green lawns, concrete driveways and undercover parking. Open the front door and you are greeted with style and a beachy feel and best of all located in one of South Australia’s favourite holiday destinations – Goolwa Beach.

The home, split over the two levels, consists of the following layout:

Downstairs:

Three bedrooms, bedrooms two and three featuring queen beds, bedroom four featuring two sets of bunks (4 singles)
Main bathroom offering shower, vanity and separate toilet
Second living area / games room offering pool table, lounge, TV and arcade games machine, this room also offers split system heating and cooling
Upstairs

Large open plan kitchen, dining and living area
Kitchen is exceptional with designer cabinetry, island bench, large oven, cook top, fridge and microwave
Dining features seating for 8
Living offers a large space with two lounges, wall hung LCD Tv and dvd player.
This large open plan area is serviced by split system heating and cooling
The home offers two decks, a large deck at the side featuring covered area with outdoor table, wind screens and bbq
The front of the home features a sun deck which spans the length of the home and offers ocean glimpses
Master bedroom features queen bed and ensuite

Family fun

We had a wonderful time here with the family. Spacious and a great selection of entertainment for both young and old. Location is great close to the beach. Best feature was the outdoor HOT shower!

Good layout of the property, all amenities there to ensure you have a good stay! Cleanliness was a bit lacking- dirty marks on quilt covers of bunk beds, the fridge and kitchen cupboards seemed to have been wiped with a dirty cloth!!!’

Roomy Abode for a family of 7

This property was more than what we could have expected. It was clean, roomy, close to the beach (10 min walk to the beach), booking process was straight forward and we were kept informed in every step of the way until our departure. Harcourts beach house who manage the property were very helpful with extra information that we needed regarding the property. The house had many games, books, DVD's to keep the kids busy and most importantly the kitchen was well equipped! We had to bring our own linen or you had the option of hiring them locally. We had a great Christmas and a very positive experience during our stay at Goolwa beach. If we had the opportunity we would stay here again!
