5 minutes from the strip or downtown. Easy to get to where you want to be. All the amenities of home. If you are looking for a party house please keep looking. Please be respectful to me, my home and my neighbors. No pets allowed, and please be 25 or older if making a reservation. Easy to access the property with state of the art code operated door locks. Hope to book you soon.

We stayed for a work trip. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. I appreciated the little things: a bottle of wine and snacks on arrival, water and condiments in the fridge, coffee and tea, quality toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Our only issue was that we arrived late, it was dark and Google map directed us down the alley rather than to the front door.

The property is well kept, upgraded and comfortable, the host was responsive and accommodating. The property is centrally located easy to get in and out of the city. One small issue was addressed and resolved quickly. It was a fantastic stay.

Perfect location

We were in town for a basketball tournament and this is less than 10 min from the convention center. Clean, comfortable beds, beautifully landscaped. Very cozy. Loved it. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Home Base!

Great Stay

This house worked out great for my son and me while he recovered from emergency heart surgery. Nice new appliances, comfy beds and beautifully upgraded throughout. We enjoyed the Roku TV and having a nice back yard. Quiet neighborhood, great location and the owner, Marissia, was wonderful. Highly recommended!

EDC Weekend

Marissia’s house was everything and more than we expected. We stayed Thursday through Tuesday through EDC weekend and it was the perfect place to come home and rest after 12 straight hours of dancing each night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook each day. It was the perfect distance from both the strip and the speedway. Highly recommended this house and we can’t wait to stay again in the future!

As advertised and then some...

As a family we come to Vegas annually and also use a VRBO property. This was just as advertised but better. Everything you need was supplied, and nothing was short of what was promised. Will definitely use again next year and looking forward to that adventure.

The house is exactly as shown and in a quiet and lovely walking neighborhood with artsy homes. What a relief to substitute the flash and bustle of a hotel experience in Vegas with a peaceful living room, a back yard with singing birds and a kitchen to prepare simple inexpensive meals. It was exactly what we needed. Truly it is minutes from where you want to be. Easy off Hwy15 and the Strip but away from the noise and easy access to gorgeous Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam, Lake Mead. Hostess made everything very smooth.

Great location, super nice home, awesome host!

We chose to stay here during a convention. Location was fantastic, 10 minutes drive to LV Convention Center and less than 15 minutes to the strip. The home itself is fantastic and super clean. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked of all essential items. Even the fridge was stocked with a whole case of water, super thoughtful! Marissia was super accommodating and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here when returning to Vegas!
