Great unit

We were so pleased with the unit was very well stocked with everything we needed plus extra things. The host was available for any questions that I had. Overall this is an excellent place to stay.

Wonderful location

The property is located close to everything, beach, SeaWorld, Old Town and only 5 miles from Coronado. Bike Paths are near by and you can head out from the Condo via bike to get to most places. Nice location with lots of green grass on the property and water features. You have everything you need in the way of kitchen, paper goods and shampoo are also available when you arrive and some spices in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. We plan to be back next year, great communication with property manager.

Great location and condo amenities

Spacious and very well stocked condo in quiet location with picturesque views of the adjacent golf course. Trolley station, several good craft breweries, great taco food truck, friendly local bar and tempting donut shop are all within 15 minutes walk! Easy access to north-south and east-west freeways. Only 40 minutes walk along San Diego river to Ocean Beach, a classic SoCal beach town. The condominium complex is very quiet; you can hear the birds and thwack of a golf ball! It has good amenities and the condo owner has provided the equipment to enjoy the tennis courts and golf course. The condo has all the basics and more! A great vacation home.

One of the best ,if not the best, VRBO options in the San Diego area !

The condo is spacious and very well stocked. It is quiet and the grounds surrounding the complex are beautiful. The location allows easy access to all the major attractions that San Diego has to offer.

Quiet condo facing golf course

This was an excellent property to rent for a long-term stay. It is fully equipped and located in a quiet and secure community. With all windows facing east, it is sunny all morning and has a splendid view of the golf course. The two parking spaces in the covered and secured garage was particularly helpful and the location was central to most of the attractions in the city.

Great Condo

Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo. We had a wonderful time. The more time we spent exploring San Diego, the more we realized that your condo is in a perfect location. You thought of everything to make it very comfortable and livable. You also made everything so easy with the rental process and were very quick with a response to all my questions. Third Visit

We have spent three vacations at this Condo and enjoyed every visit. It is well furnished and supplied with everything you could need . All the major San Diego attractions are only 10 minutes away and there are a huge range of shops and restaurants close by. This is a quiet area and the neighbours in the block are very friendly and helpful. We will be back in the future.

Amazing Stay

We stayed at the View of the Greens for 2 weeks and had a great time! The location of the condo is very central - The fashion valley mall is less than a mile away and all the other places are 10 to 15 minutes drive away. We liked the centrality of the condo, facilities of the apartment complex and the great view of the golf course from the balcony. Perfect if you don't want to be bogged down with the traffic and hustle bustle of downtown or other beach side areas. Beverly was very helpful and we had no problems throughout the stay. We were 4 of us and another friend joined for the last 3 days. Even with 5 people, we stayed very comfortably. Will definitely stay here again during the next trip to San Diego. Thanks Beverly!

Everything you need and more

This rental unit offered everything described and more. We were impressed with the amenities offered in the unit. There was a gas grill on the balcony, beach towels, games, tennis rackets and balls if you were interested in utilizing the courts, plus more. The location is excellent if you are interested in hitting the San Diego hotspots, such as Sea World, The Zoo, Seaport Village, Downtown, etc. You wouldn't even have to have a car rental. The trolley station is a short half mile walk from the rental unit and very easy to use. We were in town for a wedding and did some sight seeing and were very happy with the accomodations and location. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back.
