Le Riverwalk est situé dans le centre-ville et à distance de marche des commerces et des restaurants.

Ce condo a un salon principal qui se compose d'une cuisine complète et d'un salon. Le salon a un lit queen Murphy et un canapé-lit. La salle de bain a une douche. L'unité peut dormir de 1 à 4 personnes. Une télévision avec câble et HBO / Starz est disponible dans les deux chambres. Le condo est indépendant. Il n'y a pas de ménage quotidien mais il est disponible moyennant un supplément par le complexe.
Piscines de luxe, bains à remous et terrasse de piscine avec foyer au gaz tous les soirs près de la piscine.
La piscine lagon ferme le Columbus Day. La piscine intérieure est ouverte et chauffée toute l'année.
Les animaux ne sont plus autorisés à partir du 2 juillet 2019.

Great area/ carpet needed cleaning.

Beautiful studio condo and thank you for letting us stay here. There was a small red stain on the carpet by the couch when we moved in and lack of toilet paper also. Only one extra roll under bathroom sink. We did enjoy the area and would rent again.

I had an adjoining room that I was not aware of. I would have preferred to know this in advance. We were able to hear other guests in that adjoining room which made things noisy. Also had a room with a squeaky loud mattress. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

When I first booked the room, I did so because of a previous stay that left me with a great impression. The bed was fantastic, and the staff and room service were top-notch. Unfortunately, this time around, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving, I found that the bed was not as advertised. Instead of the king-size bed I had expected, the room (202) had a Murphy bed, which I would never have chosen. To make matters worse, the Murphy bed was damaged. When I pulled it down, I discovered that the brackets holding the mattress were bent, half-connected, and missing screws. It looked dangerous and was incredibly uncomfortable. As a result, my wife and I barely managed to get three hours of sleep. I seriously considered leaving the hotel, but since the room was prepaid and non-refundable, we had no choice but to stay. Adding to our frustration, we had to call the front desk to figure out how to turn on the lights. No one had informed us that we needed to insert one of the key cards into a slot just inside the door to activate the power. Additionally, there was no information provided about the Wi-Fi, leaving us disconnected and further dissatisfied. This stay was a stark contrast to my previous experience, and I am extremely disappointed with how it turned out. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service for future guests. I will not be staying at this property in the future based on this poor experience.

Cozy fireplace which was a welcome amenity during our rainy stay. Loved the convenient location and easy access to all Lincoln had to offer.

OK, Wouldn't rent studio with murphy bed again

Overall the Riverwalk resort is nice, and the property owner was responsive when messaged through ap, but disappointed in the room. I have stayed at the Riverwalk at least 6 times over the past year, usually in a one bedroom with a murphy bed and pull out couch. As the description says, this room has a murphy bed and pull out couch, but both were extremly uncomfortable. They make tons of noise if you move so much as an inch, and there is no comforter or blankets in the room. You basically pull out a 8 inch matress with sheets. We called down for blankets and received two "throw" blankets, but if you think for the money you'll be sleeping in comfort this is not the room for you. Not sure why the other murphy beds I've used at this resort were significantly better comfort and quality and had comforters and blankets to use in closet, but this room did not. Additionally, although the room doesn't allow dogs, dogs are allowed in adjacent rooms. We were woken up at 6am to a barking dog across the hall which didn't end for almost two hours. I contacted the owner about this to see if he had another room away from this area, but he only had the adjacent studio available, which didn't make much sense to move to. I'll also mention that this room does not have a balcony as many other rooms have. The description didn't state a balcony so no fault to the owner, but something you may want to look for if staying here. Lastly the room is at the very end of the hall away from the pool/hut tub etc.. Not a big deal for us but may be something anyone else thinking of staying may find important. At the end of the day we were just looking for a nice comfortable room to sleep as we enjoyed what Lincoln had to offer during the day, which we did not find in this room. I would stay away from "murphy" beds as the primary bed unless you can confirm a good quality mattress and bedding prior to booking.

Amazing stay. Although it was just a studio, it was immaculate. Staff was phenomenal and the location is perfect. I will probably be staying here again for sure. Amazing little get away with my wife. Loved it. Gorgeous

Made reservation as suggested at check in. Got seated within minutes. Waited a bit for waiter to come by. He gave us the rundown of specials. We ordered two drinks and our food. Took 35 minutes for a Martini and a vodka and tonic to arrive. Two minutes later our meal came. Only 5 parties in restaurant and two at bar. Food mediocre. Will stay again but eat some other place. Next evening we ate in Woodstock. Much better food. Work on the menu for your guests sake. Know you were short of help but there were two waitpersons and 5 tables. Mostly twos.
