Escápate al paraíso y alójate en esta enorme casa de 3 dormitorios en FRENTE A LA PLAYA CON EL USO DE UNA GRAN PISCINA que puede alojar fácilmente hasta 7 huéspedes. Párese en la terraza y mire hacia la laguna y justo enfrente de la laguna se encuentra la isla (motu) de Taakoka, en la que puede pasar sus días buceando en la cálida laguna con la increíble vida marina tropical o explore la isla por su cuenta. Kayaks suministrados o enfriamiento en la piscina de sal la elección es suya !.

Los huéspedes comentan el amplio interior y la enorme cubierta, así como la ubicación absoluta frente a la playa.

Camina a pocos pasos de la cubierta trasera para acceder a tu propia playa privada y a la Milla de Oro de Muri Beach y deja que la arena blanca se filtre entre tus dedos. Kokacabana está en el corazón de Muri, sin embargo, no lo creo, ya que esta casa es tan privada y está situada a 100 metros de la carretera. Se accede a ella por un largo camino que sale de la carretera principal que termina en la casa y, por supuesto, la playa. .

Relaxing beach stay

My family and I stayed for a week , the house was in a great position ,in walking distance to lots of great places to eat and drink . We loved using the kayaks and the house was comfortable , with everything that we needed .

Great Family Time

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect and so convenient right on the beach with a short walk in to town.The house was a great size for us, 3 couples. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other at any time, there was always room to escape if needed. The cooking and laundry facilities were great and the beds were very comfortable . The whole house and garden were spotless.

Unforgettable

After a very long journey, it was wonderful to arrive at this beautiful and comfortable house. The beds are very comfy. I travel to places with kitchens because food allergies make it difficult to eat out. This kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. There are numerous dining options within walking distance.The back garden and proximity to the beach are exactly as described.We were especially happy to have the entire house as the weather was windy and rainy for several days. The nice warm blankets were very welcome.Overall the house is well located and tremendously comfortable.

Koko Cabana Beach House

3 friends spent 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the beach right outside the house. We throughly enjoyed the pool which we had to ourselves. The layout of the house is good as well as the facilities. A special home away from home.

A perfect getaway

First time not staying at a resort and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Kokacabana had everyting you could think of needing. Lots of room, plenty of chill out space and a great location. We will be back again.

Wonderful house in a stunning location

The perfect place for a relaxing stay at the best location on Rarotonga. The property is well equipped and spotlessly clean with direct access to the beach. It is set back from the main road so is quiet and has excellent parking. There's even a pool. Very highly recommended.

Perfect house in a perfect location

Our family of 7 adults had a wonderful 10 day stay at Kokacabana. The house has wonderful communal spaces as well as allowing for privacy in the spacious bedrooms. Such a fantastic setting right on the beach, access to the shared pool on the property and easy walking distance to local shops and Muri night market with a bus stop right outside. Absolutely perfect, highly recommend. Thanks Adam and Sarah for such a wonderful stay.

Kokacabana Beach House - the best place in Rarotonga for that blissful holiday you have always dreamed of. We have just spent 6 fabulous days here and are already talking of ‘next time’!Location - none better. Right on the beach but just a few minutes walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Well off the road so very quietThe house - big, light, and airy and equipped wth everything you might need. Spotlessly clean. Lots of space for a group or family to be together. The deck was especially popular with our group - it’s amazing. Having a pool on site is a real bonus for those days when the wind blows and it’s not so much fun on the beach. Hosts Adam and Sarah have created this paradise and have every right to be very proud of it. They are the best hosts - they welcomed us with fruit and cake in the fridge, came and said hello then left us to it. Contact before and after arrival was easy and answers to any questions came very quickly. Thanks. We have visited Rarotonga several times and the Beach House is far and away the best place we have stayed. We really hope we can return again.

Friends Holiday

Couldn’t ask for a better location, right on the beach. When spent most days on the sun loungers or snoozing on the deck. Great having the Nautilus right next door and the Muri night markets for when we couldn’t be bothered cooking! We enjoyed LBV for breakfast a couple of mornings and the Pacific Resort for some drinks and nibbles. We all loved staying at the Kokacabana. It has everything you could need. Adam was awesome to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Definitely what to come back

We absolutel loved our stay, great location beautiful sunrises walks on the beach, spacious house kitchen could do with a upgrade but didn't affect us. Beds were super comy and Im really fussy on comfort. Communication with Adam and Sarah was spot on and everything went very smoothly. Special touches of lovely big displays of fresh flowers adds that extra luxury, the view is better than shown in photos. Loved being able to walk next door along the beach to the Nautilus resort best meal we had on the Island, can't wait to come back!

Perfect location

A lovely property that is perfectly located towards the end of Muri Beach but still easy walking distance to everything in Muri. A spacious and well kitted out house with an especially lovely covered beachside deck area, which was just right for outside dining, BBQing, an evening drink or reading a book. Great snorkeling right off the beach with masks and snorkels provided. The kayaks provided were also appreciated. Adam was a great host who looked after us well and provided some good local recommendations. Be sure to order a platter from Island Platters to enjoy on the deck. This was our first trip to Rarotonga and it was quite the best family holiday we have had in a long time. We very much look forward to coming back soon.

Right on the beach, a lovely swimming pool a few steps from the house shared only with one other property. Ample, pleasant accommodation. Kitchen could do with a makeover, though.

Magical place to stay

Staying can be summed up in one word “WOW” , you are only steps away from the beach and the two main rooms plus dining room opens up to the beach , at night you fall asleep with the sounds of waves breaking on the reef , the house is well appointed and it was a comfortable stay second to none , when you want to have something to eat or visit the spa you have a great resort right next door , we will definitely be coming back

Great outdoor space with shared pool

We had a great time, loved the pool, and outdoor areas, so handy to the beach, kayaks were great. Aircon would of been amazing but we knew it didn’t have it, was so hot at the time.

Idyllic Spot

Our whole experience was outstanding. Adam and Sarah made the booking, arrival and settling in experience effortless and pleasant. They were such friendly hosts and gave our nine day holiday a real personal feel. . Kokacabana Villa was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The indoor outdoor flow was great with plenty of spaces outside to sit, eat, socialise and relax, whether sunny or raining. The house is fully equipped with mosquito screens on all the windows so you can enjoy the breeze and the sound of the ocean at night without getting eaten. The beach is literally a walk across the lawn and onto the sand. The provided snorkeling gear and kayaks meant it was easy to enjoy exploring above and below the waters surface. As Adam pointed out, there was a good spot behind the Island. The location is the best you could hope for with The Muri Night Markets, a convenience store, a good range of eating places, 2 bus stops, scooter hire, the Te Vara Nui cultural village, plus the lagoon cruises all within a few minutes walk. With a great sandy beach, palm trees, and a few islands to look out on to, you can't ask for a better spot. We did Charlotte Piho's 'Swimming with the Turtles Experience' (booked just up the road) which was great, although it would probably have been even better on a sunny day. We also did the 'Raro Buggies Tour'. This was a real thrill and great fun. We were fortunate to do it when it was wet. The wetter the tracks the more exciting and memorable your experience will be. All in all we had a fabulous holiday with a great base at Kokacabana. (Tip: most locals know the address as Taakoka). Thanks Sarah and Adam for your friendliness and help in making our stay such a relaxing and rejuvenating one. We hope we can come back and stay with you again soon. Peter and Shiree.

Walk just steps off the rear deck to your own private beach access and the Golden Mile of Muri Beach and let the white sand seep between you toes. Kokacabana is in the heart of Muri yet you wouldn't think so as this house is so private and situated 100 meters from the road front and is accessed by a long driveway well off the main road that finishes at the house and of course the beach !.

Muri has become the place to be and stay - those that stay around the island elsewhere end up back in Muri as there is so much to see and do in Muri - there are four Islands (Motu's) in the lagoon at Muri to explore - no where else. The lagoon in front of the house at the rear of the island is deeper than other areas of the island with more marine life and better snorkelling.
