Delightful, airy and very sunny house with large green area 400m from the beach, 5 min walking. Amazing pool, comfortable deck and kiosk with barbecue and pizza oven. All rooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan. On the lower floor there are 02 suites, 01 toilet, dining room, TV, living room with fireplace, American kitchen, laundry area with washing machine and clothesline. Upstairs there are 01 master suite with balcony and a reversible space for additional bedroom.
Very quiet street, next to the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and also with the square and playground in front of the house.
It has parking for cars, social and service entrance.
