Sanddollar B204 es una unidad de esquina delantera del Golfo de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Una gran terraza con mosquitero acoge cálidas brisas del Golfo y serenas vistas. Un balcón trasero permite vislumbrar una vista de tenis, la piscina o un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar de su café matutino. El condominio tiene capacidad para 6 personas con una cama king en el maestro, 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Esta unidad completamente amueblada tiene 3 televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y Wi-Fi. Para su comodidad, se proporcionan equipos de playa, juguetes de arena y otros artículos de playa en el casillero de almacenamiento. Un complejo familiar, Sanddollar es un complejo pequeño pero hermoso de 36 unidades con una piscina climatizada, 2 canchas de tenis, pickleball y parrillas a gas, todo ubicado entre hermosos paisajes. El complejo está convenientemente ubicado cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y la ciclovía. Our unit could use a deep cleaning to get a few areas a little better. Wifi and living room tv was out more than it was on. Unit could use an upgrade on furniture. AC in unit didn’t cool evenly through out the unit. Wasn’t a fan of the keyless entry due to it not working very easily.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sanddollar property is a great location, beautiful beach and pool. Unit 204 had several issues during our stay. Air conditioner, bathroom ceiling leaking to name a few. The mgmt company was very responsive and easy to work with. This unit is dated- needs new beds, new bedding, kitchen update and better washer and dryer. (Shrunk clothes) It has the gulf view but needs interior update. The beach closet was nice. We have rented less expensive beach front on sanibel and had a much nicer unit. I would recommend Sanddollar but B204 needs to be updated to command the rental fee it charges.

The rental company is always friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but the bed in the master needs the mattress replaced, due to it having a sink hole on one side. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo unit several times with the previous owners. This was the first time through Sanibel Holiday. I would have given a 5-star rating across the board, but dirty dishes in the cabinets and the amount of ants in kitchen kept me from doing so. I am aware of ants, but a few too many this time. They got in our sealed food which we stored in the microwave and the oven. The dishes and glasses had dried food on them from the dishwasher. Even with these minor issues, we love this condo and have even rebooked for this coming December. I would like to make a suggestion regarding the kitchen. When we arrive with our groceries, there is no open cabinet space for our food. I end up rearranging all of the drinking glasses to make space for a jar of peanut butter, coffee, spices, etc.

Great stay in Sanibel

Very spacious, wonderful ocean view, great pool, tennis courts, and the unit came with everything you needed. We loved the screened in front porch and large master bedroom. The only complaint we had was with the sofa bed. There were 5 of us so my son had to sleep on the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable and there were no extra sheets provided for it. We contacted Sanibel Holiday as soon as we realized we didn’t have any sheets but they close at 5 on Saturday (the check in day- which I find incredibly annoying for a rental company to close 2 hours after you are allowed to check in and they aren’t open on we had to wait until Monday for sheets. There should be at least one person responding to these things over the weekend especially during the busy season. For this reason I’m not sure I would rent from Sanibel Holiday again.
