I looked for 5 years in Rockport before deciding on this location to build a vacation home. To me, this is the perfect location in Rockport. If you love nature and want a relaxing experience with all the amenities and comforts of home, this is it. The most amazing sunsets!
Being right on the bay gives you private access to fishing from the dock. We catch reds, drums, trout and also crabs. The home faces south so you get the southern breeze on the porch and sunrise and sunset without the sun in your eyes. Sea Breeze Cove is quiet and peaceful but yet 5 minutes from downtown Rockport. Staying in a home gives you the privacy a condo does not. Bringing your bay boat? Plenty of off street parking.

This home has a fenced yard, dock, stand up paddle board and 7 kayaks to use on a beautiful cove that has 5 small islands/rookeries that wildlife use for hanging out or nesting. The dock has a unique kayak entry point for easy access to water. The second and 3rd bedrooms were designed with built-in trundle beds to be used for additional sleeping or just daydreaming out the window. All three bedrooms have WATER VIEWS. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms look out to Copano Bay and the master has a full view of the cove on Salt Lake. There is a large garage underneath as well as a large upstairs deck and lower level covered patio. The half bath is useful for downstairs activities so you do not have to go upstairs. Outside shower helps to wash off after a day in the sun.
