About this property

Gorgeous views from this very spacious waterfront Marco Island heated pool home

One of a kind! Very quiet, great views, create magical memories on this cul de sac street home.
Enjoy having a meal or a drink in the lanai with the breathtaking views of the canals.
For the boater aficionado, access to the gulf is only 10 minutes away. You are welcome to tie to our dock, If you enjoy golfing Marco is surrounded by golf courses. And of course, you have the most beautiful white sandy beaches only 5 minutes from the house.

House has 3 bedrooms, 1 den and 3 baths & 2 car garage. House is spacious, with high ceilings and can sleep up to 8 comfortably.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with 2 his and hers side for extra comfort. Guest bedroom number one has a queen bed, guest bedroom number two has 2 bunk beds. In the den you will find a big screen TV for those afternoons of movie watching.

The house has a lanai with the deep water pool with a spa that are heated by an electric heater and the temperature can be set up to 100 F., you will also find a the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and fridge.

We loved it!

This place was perfect for our family to relax and unwind! The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. The outdoor area was spacious and comfortable as well. Would stay here again!

just a perfect spot

the location of the house is tucked back a few houses away from the cul-de-sac on a quite road. fishing right off the dock was great for the kids. the house was very clean. the bunk beds where perfect for the kids. loved the house and would highly recommended.

The location was perfect as we were able to pull our boat right up to the dock. After spending the day at Keewaydin Island the pool and hot tub were nice to relax in. The kitchen was nice and had every appliance you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and there were PLENTY of pool towels. The only downside I could think of would be the little gnats flying around the kitchen sink. Other than that, everything was perfect.

My brother and sister-in-law and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful, comfortable home. My sister-in-law actually cried when she walked in because she loved it so much. The view over the water is beautiful and the house is clean, light, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Our host was easy to reach and quick to respond. We wish we could have stayed longer. The location of the house was great as far as walking to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. The house was set up well, very roomy and large kitchen. The pool was spotless and well taken care of by the pool service. The bedding was worn and could be updated but all and all we had a enjoyable month.

Wonderful holiday weekend in Marco Island.

We had a fabulous time at this property in Marco Island. The house was clean, spacious and absolutely perfect for our getaway. Waking up every morning to all of the natural light, water views and sunshine was so relaxing. Luciano was super responsive and the whole process was very smooth. We’ll definitely hope to be back to this home.

A True Beachhouse In Paradise

Absolutely beautiful property with a great pool and spa. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Communications with Luciano were immediately answered and there were no issues. We loved sitting by the pool, relaxing in the lounges, listening to the water from the spa splashing into the pool. Looking forward to returning to this house in the future.

The home was in a great location, a few minute drive to many popular spots! The check-in process was seamless. The screened in area had parts where the screens were not attached so we were not able to sit outside in the evening or enjoy a night swim due to the mosquitoes. There were a few things of trash around the pool and under one of the beds when we arrived but nothing that affected our stay. We saw a handful of dolphins in the channel in the evenings which was a highlight for ourselves and kids! There have also been a few updates to the kitchen cabinets that brightened up the home!

Perfect home for family getaway

House was everything we expected and then some. Great place to stay for a family. The pool was fantastic and has a deeper end to it that we've found hard to come by with other rentals we've stayed at. Fishing off the dock in back was tons of fun, to be honest, it was hard to get people out of the house to explore. Property owner responded with no delay whenever we had any questions. We would stay here again without thinking twice.
