Unique en son genre! Nouveau sur le marché, récemment mis à jour avec tous les nouveaux meubles magnifiques.
Profitez d'un repas ou d'un verre dans la véranda avec la vue imprenable sur les canaux.
Pour l'amateur de plaisanciers, l'accÚs au golfe n'est qu'à 10 minutes. Si vous aimez jouer au golf, Marco est entouré de terrains de golf. Et bien sûr, vous avez les plus belles plages de sable blanc à seulement 5 minutes de la maison.

La maison a 3 chambres Ă  coucher, 1 den et 3 bains et garage de 2 voitures.
La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante avec 2 cÎtés pour elle et pour plus de confort. La chambre d'hÎtes numéro un a un lit queen, la chambre d'hÎtes numéro deux a 2 lits superposés. Dans la taniÚre, vous trouverez une télévision grand écran pour les aprÚs-midi de regarder des films.

La maison a une vĂ©randa pour Ă©loigner les moustiques. Our stay at this lovely home was fantastic! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and we loved the dock, the pool, the amazing view and the hot tub. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental

The home was in a great location, a few minute drive to many popular spots! The check-in process was seamless. The screened in area had parts where the screens were not attached so we were not able to sit outside in the evening or enjoy a night swim due to the mosquitoes. There were a few things of trash around the pool and under one of the beds when we arrived but nothing that affected our stay. We saw a handful of dolphins in the channel in the evenings which was a highlight for ourselves and kids! There have also been a few updates to the kitchen cabinets that brightened up the home!

The location was perfect as we were able to pull our boat right up to the dock. After spending the day at Keewaydin Island the pool and hot tub were nice to relax in. The kitchen was nice and had every appliance you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and there were PLENTY of pool towels. The only downside I could think of would be the little gnats flying around the kitchen sink. Other than that, everything was perfect.

just a perfect spot

the location of the house is tucked back a few houses away from the cul-de-sac on a quite road. fishing right off the dock was great for the kids. the house was very clean. the bunk beds where perfect for the kids. loved the house and would highly recommended.

We loved it!

This place was perfect for our family to relax and unwind! The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. The outdoor area was spacious and comfortable as well. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay!

My brother and sister-in-law and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful, comfortable home. My sister-in-law actually cried when she walked in because she loved it so much. The view over the water is beautiful and the house is clean, light, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Our host was easy to reach and quick to respond. We wish we could have stayed longer. Marco at its finest!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Be home had everything we could possibly need and more. Communication with owner/property manager was fantastic. Highly recommend this home. I know we'll be back soon!

A real “has it all” property

When a tropical system drops 20 inches of rain on your Florida vacation you are pretty much forced in doors. Thankfully, the owners of this fantastic home thought of everything. Countless board games and games of Uno with giant Uno cards were found in the home an utilized. The screened in pool was wonderful as well. The house was clean and well equipped and the location was mere minutes from everything. We were able to visit Tigertail Beach before the storm and it is a must for any trip to the island. Even in the pouring rain, numerous fish were caught from the dock with a popping cork and live shrimp. Don’t hesitate to book this gem of a house for your stay. You won’t be disappointed.

nice get away

The location of the house was great as far as walking to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. The house was set up well, very roomy and large kitchen. The pool was spotless and well taken care of by the pool service. The bedding was worn and could be updated but all and all we had a enjoyable month.

A True Beachhouse In Paradise

Absolutely beautiful property with a great pool and spa. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Communications with Luciano were immediately answered and there were no issues. We loved sitting by the pool, relaxing in the lounges, listening to the water from the spa splashing into the pool. Looking forward to returning to this house in the future.

Very nice home

The home was very clean with lots of beds and space for all. We had one issue with the large slider doors and within hours they were fixed. Great communication! Pool and hot tub worked great and very warm. Easy location to restaurants, coffee and groceries. We enjoyed walking to the Speakeasy for dinner on their outside patio on the water.
