This is a brand new listing of mine so I don t have a lot of reviews to go by yet but please check my other listing here for reviews on me as a SUPERHOST on other booking sites. This is a new listing so it doesn't have any reviews yet but rest assured you will love your stay at this home!

Welcome to your home away from home! Centralized location with easy access to major surrounding cities. This home was recently built by local renowned builder Scott Donough and was designed with luxury in mind. The interior is designed to cater to you and your large family or group of friends.

This spacious home has over 3200 sq ft of living space on two separate floors. Features 5 bedrooms + 1 den (that could also be used as a 6th bedroom) and 3 full baths. You ll sleep well on any bed because every bed has a Tempurpedic mattress! There s 5 Samsung 4K LED TVs to watch.

The first level consists of:

- The Orange Room:
It has a Midcentury-inspired vibe with a King size bed and a very comfy Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and a 58" Samsung 4K TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime

- The Tan Room:
It has a Contemporary Inspired vibe with a King size bed and a very comfy pillow top mattress w/ accent chair and dresser.

- Bathroom number 1 with stand up shower

- Kitchen:
Very open kitchen with gas stove and fully stocked with tons of spices, utensil, kitchenware, pots, pans, bowls, plates, and silverware that you need to cook up a feast for your friends and family, and 4 bar stools seating at the kitchen island

The Living room:
- Open and comfy living room with a gas fireplace, 75" Samsung 4K TV with surround sound, and two sofas

- Dining Room with seating up to 8 people with 2 extra chairs
- Outdoor patio area with propane BBQ grill

The second level consists of:

- 2nd living room area:
Features a large comfy sectional that could sleep up to 2 people, 58" Samsung 4K TV with Netflix, PS4 is also provided for entertainment, as well as numerous classic board games

- The Abstract-inspired Master bedroom with ensuite

Very close to shops/stores and just 15 minutes to Sea-Tac. We had a large group of 11 family members and we had plenty of room. Ample parking as we had several rental cars (2 car garage plus driveway parking). Very comfortable home.

This place is likely the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The beds are very comfortable, the couch and chairs are also very comfy. The kitchen is huge with room for a few cooks at a time. The dinning room table and chairs were great. There was even a second living room we didn't use. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely a phenomenal experience

Other than the traffic, this is one of the best vacations me and my friends had to date. Its strategically located close to the airport, making it easy to get to and from the airport. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, answering any question quickly. Then the house, absolutely a dream to stay in. Highly recommend.

Great for family wedding

This was a great place to stay. Had 9 adults and 1 child for a family wedding in Seattle. Plenty of room to spread out. Tommy was responsive to my questions. Nice neighborhood. Very clean, though white carpet and furniture probably needs a deep cleaning(white is tough for a lot of traffic obviously) I would definitely come back!

The only bad thing I can say about our stay was there is NO air conditioning. I did not realize this was normal in the Pacific Northwest. We southerners need our cool air! I immediately contacted our host when we arrived to a warm house & he informed me that due to the cooler climate, it was normal & advised where the portable fans were. Some didn’t work so he brought 5 new ones the next morning. With open windows and cool evening temps it worked fine. Our host was fantastic! The house was big and perfect for our group. We had a big table to play games each night after we came home from our daily explorations. The location was close to the airport (15 min), downtown Seattle (20min) and within an hour or two drive to some really cool day trips (Boeing Future of Flight and the little German town of Leavenworth WA through the Cascade mountains). All in all, it was a great experience and would certainly rent from this host again if ever in WA.

Great Time in Renton

This home was perfect for my family. We originally planned for 12 people, but that dropped to 6 as the trip approached. But either way, it would have been perfect for us. It was spacious and open, but all of us had a considerable amount of privacy and space to find quiet moments to ourselves. The location was more than perfect, it was an act of Providemce. We arrived in Seattle during the 2022 winter storm and we were iced in without food for the first day. Some of us were able to walk to the grocery store and back within an hour to actually eat and keep from eating the children haha! It was also conveniently located to the mall and shopping centers in Renton, along with easy access to the freeway to Seattle. We visit Seattle often and this will definitely be our go to rental on all of our family trips there!

Cleaners could have done a better job. There were things left from previous tenants( Rappers, Toothpaste cap in the sink,), Couple door handles were loose and one actually came off, There is a light in the Master bedroom that is flickering, And I don't know how long the garbage and recycling has not gone out. But they were both full when we got there. I put them on the curb Tuesday night. The garbage was emptied but the recycle is still full So I left it on the curb. Other than These small trivial, it was a very enjoyable stay and perfectly adequate for our needs.
