Clean, cozy and close to main st

It was a lovely little place that was perfect for our need of a quiet getaway filled with fires, eating, games and chats on the deck in the autumn sun. Hosts were great to chat to (as we extended our stay by an extra night). Not very big and ideal for 4 people I would say. But a great little place. Super clean and charming with lovely views of treetops to the hills.

From start to finish the whole process was so easy. Andrew was extremely quick to respond and full of usefull info. The home is beautifully presented and maintained, they have thought of every little thing to make your stay next level. Perfect holiday house with a view!

The property is a very short drive (walking distance really) from the city center of Daylesford. The hosts have gone to great lengths to ensure guests have the most comfortable stay with all the amenities you could think of (including brollies at the door if needed!). The outdoor deck opens into a wonderful garden, whilst presenting pristine views of the wilderness beyond. The house itself is very well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the property to anybody looking for a three bedder for a stay in Daylesford.

Perfect weekend with the girls!

We had such a wonderful weekend at 'Perrins Place'. A beautifully decorated, clean and spacious house, perfect for our 50th birthday girls weekend. Our every need was taken care of: fully equipped kitchen, warm & comfortable beds, great quality linen, plenty of wood for the fire, beautiful views from the deck, and a short walk to town and lake. Highly recommend!
