Really good place

The house was wonderful, better than we expected. Close to the beach and well appointed. Only issue was we could have done with a vacuum cleaner left out for sand, etc. that we couldn't help but bring in. Will stay again.

A Wonderful Getaway

We absolutely loved our time at Sanctuary on Bayview. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes into town. The flat paths were perfect for our young children to ride. We'd definitely stay again!

Spacious and Comfortable

Plenty of room for 8 adults, great facilities throughout. Walking distance to shops and beach which was lovely. Only negative was it needed a deep clean (furniture moved) as we moved the single beds and there was heaps of rubbish under one of them.

Great location

Beautiful modern home with all the amenities. Great enclosed outdoor space with fire pit. Quick walk to the beach and 10min walk to town.

Have stayed here 2 years now and have booked next year. It is our fav house, place and beach. Very secure yard for dogs, comfortable, stylish, has everything we need. We just love it

Delightful

This house was by far one of the nicest we have stayed in over the Easter period. It not only slept 8people but catered for 8 people with seating crockery cutlery ect. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic Property

We stayed at the property for 3 nights for my parents 70th celebration. The house was roomy and the entertainment area was amazing. It had every thing we needed supplied. And the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this property!!

Fantastic house for a family getaway

We had a fantastic time, nice walk into town and close to beach. Kids enjoy toasting marshmallows over the fire pit and kitchen well equipped for cooking for 8. Only negative comment would be more dishwasher tablets and another seat or two seater couch in living area.

Great Location

Rat excrements on the BBQ and then after cleaning it the BBQ didn’t work which put a dampener on the weekend The house layout was good for 4 adult couples as well as the convenient location

Great location and wonderful home

We had a terrific time at this property for our short winter getaway. With a 4 and 6 year old we were very well accommodated, with all of the gadgets you’d hope for and the kids loved the wood heater. It was a great location - easy access to the beach and close to the town centre. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thanks

Great place

Lovely modern home with a big, gorgeous kitchen and plenty of room for our group of friends to have a weekend away. Weather was very cold but the house was beautifully warm. Short walk to the water and pleasant stroll into town. Having to bring our own linen was a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker.

Fantastic home is a great location

We really enjoyed our stay, this home has great facilities with everything you need to cook, be entertained and relax in comfort. It’s a short, easy stroll to Andersons Inlet which is a family friendly beach. One star off perfect due to property advert stating King bed in master and it is a Queen, we organised to bring king sheets and they were too big, the queen sheets fit perfectly. Not a deal breaker for us and we’d definitely stay here again. Agent has been easy to deal with. Thanks!

Family Easter Break . April 2023.

The location of this property was great, however there needs to be a thorough clean of the bedrooms and bedding. We had our own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets etc.. However the doonas themselves had a horrible musty smell.. The pillows were no better and were awful to sleep on. Bedroom 2 in particular had a horrible smell to it, and I needed to purchase room sprays to mask the smell. The cushions in the main living area could also do with a wash as the covers are dirty and marked. That being said everything else was ok with the house.
