Beautifully presented and perfectly positioned, spacious three bedroom townhouse overlooking Rainbow Beach township and across to Fraser Island.

Enjoy the ocean vistas and breezes from your private balcony or take a dip in the beautiful in ground pool - townhouse is part of a complex of only four units.

Sprawling over two levels, this tastefully decorated and functional property caters for the whole family. Offering: two bathrooms, BBQ, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, video player and ceiling fans.

Sleeps eight in two x queen size beds plus one x double bed + two x single beds (in the third bedroom).

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

The property is spacious, clean, the kitchen has all the equipment, and the lounge chairs are very comfortable. The location was terrific too. Coming from overseas we always hope air bnbs have some extras for those who don't live locally eg shampoo & conditioner; extra towels for the beach; oils and conditments in the kitchen etc. Portsea 1 does not have this and you have to make your own beds even when paying extra for linen. Providing these extra customer service touches would have made this getaway place fantastic.
