Great location

Great location with a beautiful view. Right on beach with nice trail to get there at back of property. Unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Great for 2 people.

HHI NYE

Wonderful unit with great view and unbeatable location. The elevator was working. The unit was clean. The reservation and check-in were user friendly. The bed was comfortable and the redone kitchen and bath (and water pressure) were fantastic. They had beach chairs and a starter pack of essentials (enough for a weekend for two) for use. The next upgrade for this unit would be living room and balcony furniture (which were great but should be the next upgraded). The location of the unit both within the complex and on HHI was priceless. We would stay here again.

Needs a deep clean!

The property was beautifully decorated and in an absolutely perfect location practically a part of Coligny Plaza. We could walk to everything. The kitchen was well stocked. Although we didn't use anything as we just walked to dinner each night. The washer and dryer were great additions. It was nice to leave with all clean clothing. I brought my own detergent although a box was provided. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. The bathroom was moldy and the shower door was covered in soap scum so thick you could scrape it off. The floors were dirty, lots of debris like bottle caps and plastic wrappers on the floor. The balcony door was nearly impossible to open for me. My husband had to pull extremely hard on it to budge it enough to squeeze through. It did get rather stuffy at times since the AC couldn't be turned down, but the ceiling fans in the unit helped. The unit served its purpose for the few days we stayed. I would return if the owners would arrange for a new cleaning service and a deep clean.

Super convenient location

We have stayed in this unit before. It's a little tired looking and not as clean this time. Check in is super easy. Property manager is highly responsive. Location to Coligny is unbeaten. We will stay again.

Great location and view!

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and the view alone from the balcony sold us! The space was decorated just as a beach condo should be and was very clean. The location is perfect being near all the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. We can't wait to come back 🙂

Beautiful View

Having stayed at The Breakers before, we knew what to expect. The view is amazing and being right next to Coligny Plaza is perfect for dinner out. At first glance, the condo looked great. However, the air conditioning did not work properly, and it was obvious the owner knew about the issue. There is a note at thermostat to not turn below 73 degrees or the unit will freeze up. Well, at a set temp of 73, the unit constantly froze up and the inside temp was about 78 degrees, leading to 8 nights of hot, uncomfortable sleeping. I did call and report the issue and I was told to open the door and let the breeze in. In addition, the sofa is awful and should be dumpstered immediately. We love The Breakers and will return again next year, but not to this unit. We visited in October, I can’t imagine how hot in this unit it would have been during the summer months.

Disgusting

So I surprised my family with pop up trip to HHI for my daughters birthday week. Checked in and first two days didn't spend any time in condo and spent time with family at their condo and on the beach. 3rd day when we actually spent time in condo, the first thing in the morning we notice hundreds of ants even though we didn't have any food or snacks out any where as we didn't spend time there first two days. Then the floors and pictures and plants which we thought were white were actually covered in inches of white/gray dust. Then we found black mold in bathroom on door and shower. Our childrens feet turned black just walking in th Le condo with out shoes on because the floors had not been cleaned in quite a while. After further investigation we noticed things that hadn't been cleaned in years. The reviews and ratings shown definitely don't represent the place we stayed in. It was so bad we checked out immediately after the mold was found. The following few days after check out we all developed an bus infections from breathing the moldy air in. Basically this place needs a deep cleaning by a professional cleaning company. Please look thoroughly at checkin for f you stay here to see if these things were fixed. The breakers is a great location and other condos in the facilities do not look like this, so I'm guessing this particular condo fell through the cracks over the years and no upkeep was kept. Look elsewhere for your family trips.

Family Vacation

Location Location Location!! If you can look past the exterior of the actual complex and dont mind to walk up a few flights of stairs then this is the place. The condo we stayed in was nice and updated. The bathroom has a nice shower that I was worried about when it came to my 3 yr old but she thought it was fun. Great trip and we will be back!

Great location, great view, outdated had issues with the A/C unit who had to be shut down since was freezing when the temperature was set to 75 in the property. Spoke with Susan who was very responsive and told us about the fix but still a hurdle when the temperature in the house is 81 and you have to shut it down!

So relaxing, so worth it!!!!

Great location! Convenient to Coligny plaza and all that it has to offer. The new park around the way is a short walk and such a nice place for families and children. Great views and enjoyed the fireworks display this July 4th from the balcony. Access to the beach is so easy to get to. Enjoyed every minute of our stay!!! Can't wait to come back in fall.

Pristine Beach Getaway

The pictures honestly don't do this condo justice. We were thoroughly impressed. The panoramic view of the ocean is immaculate and the balcony gets sun most of the day. The unit itself is just as described. Up to date, clean, and cozy. Management is easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Praying this condo stays on the rental market so we can visit again and again.

Wonderful Getaway

The beach view is amazing. The condo is close to to several stores and restaurants. It was a easy short walk to beach. Susan and Carlos where very helpful and easy to hold of. We really enjoyed the NEW 65 inch television. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 25 year anniversary!! Tranquility

Breakers is one of my favorite properties to stay, due to the location. You can park your car and never have to get in it again if you wish not to do so. Our condo was just as you see online. Cute and direct ocean front. Shopping, restaurants, bike trails are at your beck and call. I am especially excited that this property will soon have an elevator. That is the only draw back at the Breakers, especially if you are on the third floor and have to walk up three flights of stairs. That is why I try to get the 1st or 2nd floor for now.

Nice Beach Front Condo

We had a great time at this condo. It was very well decorationed and was conveniently located to shops, restaurants and a quick step to the beach. The only downside to this property was checking in ...it was too late (4:00pm) and checkout was too early, (10:00am). I even tried to get an earlier checkin time and no one contacted me about that. The other issue was the bedroom window. There was no curtain, just blinds. There was light from the walkway lights shining in. I had to hang towels to get it dark enough to sleep. So a black out curtain would be nice. Overall, it was a beautiful place. Thanks!!
