This condo is best suited for two people, but does sleep 3-4 maximum. This has a full kitchen with all new appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and its own washer and dryer. There is a closet with hangers for hanging clothes. Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony directly facing the Ocean. Our oceanfront Breakers villa has been completely renovated (Jan 2025), decorated and updated with new EVERYTHING. High speed secure private WI-FI. Desk with charging station and view of the ocean while you work remotely. 65" Smart TV. I take pride in my Breakers condo and hope that all my rental guests will enjoy it. I want my guests to be completely happy and remain loyal guests for many years to come. Book early and secure your favorite week.

Walk directly across the street for shopping, dining, entertainment, and groceries. Enjoy the sound of the waves and warmth of the sun. Enjoy our beautiful dolphins from your private balcony. No Smoking and No Pets.

Oceanfront Breakers is located in the beautiful Forest Beach area and I believe this Hilton Head Island Oceanfront property offers the most beautiful beach on Hilton Head Island. Activities include HEATED swimming pool, Toddler pool. Superb golf and tennis (nearby), wonderful spas, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and shopping galore. This recently renovated direct oceanfront Breakers Villa is located across from Coligny Plaza, where you will find many shop's and wonderful restaurant's with live entertainment.

This is a lovely condo. It has nice new appliances, comfortable furniture, a great location and a wonderful view. Having an in unit washer/dryer was great. The matress was wonderful (we should have checked the make!) The night guard was courteous and very helpful when we arrive in the rain. I would recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head! The unit was very clean and recently remodeled, just as advertised. The location is perfect—an easy walk to the beach and right across the street from great restaurants and shops. One unexpected highlight was the chance to feed a friendly deer that visited our balcony in the mornings and evenings—such a special experience! We’d definitely stay here again.

I moved to Hilton Head Island from Indiana in June 2014. I have been vacationing at The Breakers since 1987. My family owned a condo here since they were built. I have always wanted to own one and finally purchased Unit 238 in August 2008.

Why they chose this property

It is the perfect location for a beach vacation on Hilton Head Island. You can walk to everything and you are right on the beach.

What makes this property unique

The balcony is directly facing the ocean and nobody can see you from their balcony...Private! The beach is steps away and beautiful. The weather is wonderful and the beach is the most beautiful on Hilton Head Island. Right next door to the Tiki Hut on the Beach and Pool Bar Jims. Everything you need is within walking distance. Condo has been completely updated. We have brand new elevators.
