This condo is best suited for two people, but does sleep 3-4 maximum. This has a full kitchen with all new appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and its own washer and dryer. There is a closet with hangers for hanging clothes. Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony directly facing the Ocean. Our oceanfront Breakers villa has been completely renovated (Jan 2025), decorated and updated with new EVERYTHING. High speed secure private WI-FI. Desk with charging station and view of the ocean while you work remotely. 65" Smart TV. I take pride in my Breakers condo and hope that all my rental guests will enjoy it. I want my guests to be completely happy and remain loyal guests for many years to come. Book early and secure your favorite week.

Oceanfront Breakers is located in the beautiful Forest Beach area and I believe this Hilton Head Island Oceanfront property offers the most beautiful beach on Hilton Head Island. Activities include HEATED swimming pool, Toddler pool. Superb golf and tennis (nearby), wonderful spas, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and shopping galore. This recently renovated direct oceanfront Breakers Villa is located across from Coligny Plaza, where you will find many shop's and wonderful restaurant's with live entertainment.

Perfect Location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head! The unit was very clean and recently remodeled, just as advertised. The location is perfect—an easy walk to the beach and right across the street from great restaurants and shops. One unexpected highlight was the chance to feed a friendly deer that visited our balcony in the mornings and evenings—such a special experience! We’d definitely stay here again.
He loved carrots and apples!!

Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Location was walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. We only needed our car to go to the outlet mall. Will definitely rebook this condo!!

Love the condo. So perfect for the two of us and so close to everything. The king bed is very comfortable. I really liked the hands free toilet flush. The beach is just steps away.

Beach getaway

The location of this condo was facing the beach and a short walk from the ocean. We enjoyed the balcony and spent every morning drinking our coffee watching the ocean. It was that he perfect place for a quick getaway and very conveniently located to shopping, dining and the beach.

The unit was remodeled and well equipped. The location is great for those that wish to be walking distance to Coligny activity yet private with an unobstructed ocean view. The bed was excellent but I missed my pillow.

First time being to Hilton Head. What a great place. Beautiful. Location was great. Just step out and you can find many shops and places to eat within steps. My only complaint was only having 2 wash clothes. So we washed alot. Lol Lords wlling Ill be back to the same condo. Very pleased!

Most Enjoyable and Relaxing VRBO!

First of all the Host, Jennifer was so amazing and helpful. She stayed in contact with us throughout the booking process and answered any questions we may of had.The pictures online are exactly what the unit has. One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. All the amenities were top of the line which made our stay so memorable. If you want rest and relaxation no need to look any further than this unit.We live in San Diego and if we return to Tybee Island this will be our destination.

This condo has a fabulous view of the ocean. It is in a great location. Right across the street from Coligny Plaza which has lots of restaurants and shopping. We parked our car on the day we arrived and didn’t get in it again until the day we left. Would stay here again!

Relaxing Week

We spent a wonderful week at this Forest Beach condo. The views were better than expected. The location was perfect. We never had to drive anywhere and we walked for miles On the beach everyday. The owner was responsive to a small issue that came up and took care of it right away. The space was great for two. Loved the patio for coffee, meals and just relaxing. It was the just what we needed!!

Wonderful!

Jennifer made reserving & checking-in more than pleasant. The unit was clean, beautiful and fully stocked. We celebrated our anniversary watching the ocean from the balcony and when it got a little chilly, straight from the couch. The bed was very comfortable. There were beach chairs, all needed kitchen utensils and a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom necessities. The only problem with leaving this review is worrying that it will be rented when we want to come visit in the future. Thanks again Jennifer. We had a lovely time and hope to return again soon.

Perfect for couples

The size of the unit and amenities were perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean. Seems like previous guests were not sure how to use the blinds so there were a few missing. Didn’t bother us at all (more worried about the light with the sea turtles). But the location couldn’t be better for what we wanted. We walked to Piggly Wiggly, shopping, restaurants, and the public tennis courts a few miles away. We didn’t have to move the car all week. The view was amazing. We saw plenty of dolphins from the patio. We had such an amazing time. We would absolutely stay here again.

Floors

It would appear the floors hadn't been cleaned in a while. When we arrived, there was a 1/3 of a leftover joint (marijuana) on the floor. We thought, ok, so someone just missed it but after walking barefoot on the floor, my feet felt gross. I started wearing socks and now the bottoms of my socks are black. I know the flooring type covers the dirt but once in a while, it should still be mopped.

Excellent! Remodel was great and convenient to everything. Beautiful oceanfront view from the private balcony. Mattress was comfortable. Sheets didnt stay on real well. TV in bedroom did not work entire time but we made do! Perfect for 2 people. We absolutely love staying at Jennifer's place!! Will be back!

I moved to Hilton Head Island from Indiana in June 2014. I have been vacationing at The Breakers since 1987. My family owned a condo here since they were built. I have always wanted to own one and finally purchased Unit 238 in August 2008.

Why they chose this property

It is the perfect location for a beach vacation on Hilton Head Island. You can walk to everything and you are right on the beach.

What makes this property unique

The balcony is directly facing the ocean and nobody can see you from their balcony...Private! The beach is steps away and beautiful. The weather is wonderful and the beach is the most beautiful on Hilton Head Island. Right next door to the Tiki Hut on the Beach and Pool Bar Jims. Everything you need is within walking distance. Condo has been completely updated. We have brand new elevators.
