5つのベッドルーム、3つのバスルーム、2つのラウンジエリアで構成されるこの現代的なビーチハウスは、2人の大家族が快適に眠ることができます。 マスターベッドルームは2階にあり、キングサイズのベッド、専用バスルーム、ウォークインローブ、ベビーベッドと机を備えた隣接する幼児部屋/研究室があります。 最下層には4つのベッドルームがあり、1つはキングサイズベッド、1つはクイーンサイズベッド、2つは二段ベ���ド、もう1つはクイーンサイズベッドを形成するジッパ���付きのシングルベッドルームです。 このレベルには2つの共用バスルームがあります。 すべてのベッドルームとテレビ/アクティビティルームには、一年中快適に過ごせるように、逆サイクルのエ���コンが備わっています。

メインの上の階には、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫と大きなグループに簡単に対応できる大きなパントリー/保管室を備えた、素晴らしいオープンプランのキッチンがあります。 キッチンとダイニングスイートは、丸天井、高品質の家具、明るい色合いの木材が特徴です。

Girl’s Week Excellence!

Perfection in every way. The property was clean, user friendly, well stocked, perfectly placed for beach walks, lazy cafe lunches and close to all the amenities of Margaret River but far away to be peaceful. Thanks Bondy’s, we loved every minute!

Incredible Location and Views

We stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect house in a perfect location. The views are amazing and there is so much room. We had 5 people staying for business, but if you had groups and families there is so much more room with bunks and pull out beds. I will definitely be back.

Fabulous family friendly home!

We had a lovely weekend at Bondy’s. the views are stunning and the rooms all spacious and clean. Very kid friendly, equipped with high chair, cot, kids play room, sturdy gate on the stairs. Thank you!!

Lovely stay

House was great - close to the beach, coffee shop and a short drive into Margs. Lots of space for 8 adults in the house with a lovely balcony too. A lovely stay!

Great Location Great Home!

A wonderful home for families with children. Great kitchen and bbq area. Views of the Indian Ocean were great. You could hear the waves crash from your balcony. Will return for sure!

Very good experience, we had issue with light bulbs near bbq. After a quick call, someone came around and fixed it. Overall great home, will definitely come back again.

Great location

Lovely property with lots of room for us all with all the amenities we needed. Prevelly is a great location away from the hustle of Margs. Close to the beach and great wineries. Enjoyed by all and can be recommended to to anyone interested.

Good place,

Fairly enjoyable, well equipped with plenty of Appliances and kitchenware, Linen was optional and we missed this when we booked( our fault), but there were still plenty of Pillows and blankets just no Bedsheets or Towels. Good location, only a short trip into Margaret river and a short walk to the beach. Beds were not comfortable with 2 of us Sleeping on the singles opting to sleep on couches for the rest of the trip. Driveway was quite steep and one of the cars ( just a standard sedan, nothing lowered) we took with us was unable to park on the drive or carport and had to street park Only thing that soured our stay was the first night we had decided to spend the night with a board game and relax, we were not playing any music and were speaking in normal conversation volume when I received a call from the Owner stating he had received a noise complaint from one of the neighbours and asked us to keep the noise down. I thought maybe someone had been a bit loud beforehand, so I told him we would keep the noise down from now on, and we continued with the game. Shortly after that we received a Text message from the owner that another complaint had been lodged, and we were to Cease all music and loud noised from the property immediately or Forfeit our Security deposit. I called the Owner and explained that there was no Loud music being played and that we were only speaking in Low conversation volume, we walked out onto the Balcony and could see a House a street over that had lights going and loud music playing, so I informed the owner of this and that the noise could not have been coming from us (it was a windy night so the indoor voices could not even be heard by us standing outside on the balcony), not long after this I received another Message stating the People lodging the complaint were convinced the noise was coming from our address. this was the last we heard of any complaints over the rest of our Stay, and we still Received our Security Deposit back, but I rather inform potential customers of this prevent any future issues.

Beautiful and relaxing views

The house is huge, clean and you have everything you need. It is a very good location. The house is very luxurious, however, I think that towels and linens should be included in the price.

Great stay!

We had a delightful stay at Jamie’s house. It was super spacious for 6 adults with an extra retreat area upstairs. The kitchen was really well equiped and we used the great outdoor area and BBQ each day. The house was immaculate! We loved the area as well which is close to the beach and really good coffee shops and eateries. Thanks Jamie for a great stay. Would highly recommend.

Margaret River's Best Beach House!

Just checked out of Bondy's Beach House..... having my final morning coffee across the road at Sea Gardens Cafe.... its going to be hard to say goodbye to the beach lifestyle we have enjoyed this week...the weather, the views and the people down here have all been amazing. The house it self has been great.... so big with 3 separate sleeping areas was so functional for our extended family...and the teenagers loved the table tennis. The upstairs kitchen and living was great .... the kitchen was so well stocked ...most day we just ate in and enjoyed the spectacular view. We have definitely put this on our favourites list..thanks Exclusive Escapes we'll be back next year for sure!

On arrival we felt the advert gave us the impression of a much bigger house which we didn't find but we got use to it . Also the BBQ was disgracefully dirty and 3 burners not working and rusted gas spread. However it was sorted efficiently and we had a NEW BBQ at 3pm delivered. The curtains were very shabby and old and some spider webs hidden behind them . Overall for the value paid for the stay it was slightly rough, the property needs a slight TLC paint curtains and some Updating . Allot of cooking baking trays and tongs etc etc were dirty and VERY old unusable .For a place that sleeps (12) 1 normal donestic fridge wasnt adequate . Eventually we accomadated ourselves used our own baking trays , covered the OLD rusted 1990 vintage BBQ and forgot about that dissapointment and cleaned the spider webs and killed a few spiders in the bunk bed room to make our children feel at ease and comfortable . Therefore for the cost we felt it didn't give us any WOW feeling . We had to stress a little to accomodate ourselves . Andy from STAYZ was very understanding and his service on the BBQ issue was five star . Thank you Andy . We've stayed at other places in Margarate river previously and 2018 for the same price and a big difference . We had a good time but BONDYS beach house apart from the fantastic location view didn't offer me allot . We may look at other companies for next year ..
