入り江の中の静かな入り江に位置し、美しい景色を楽しみ、このモダンでオープンな4 5ベッドルーム、3バスルームのウォーターフロントの家からの静かな水。 ゴージャスな設定は、カヤック、カヌー、ペダルボート、水遊びなどの水遊びに最適です。

家のメインフロアには、広いオープンコンセプトのリビング、ダイニング、キッチンエリアがあり、2つのベッドルームにはマスターフルバスルームが付いています。 クイーンサイズベッドのあるセカンドベッドルームと、フレンチドアのあるメインフロアのデンバー。ユニークなソファーベッドがあり、快適なツインベッド2台に変身し、そのレベルでは3つ目のベッドルームとして機能します。

オープンコンセプトのキッチンには、たくさんのカウンタースペースとすべてのアメニティが揃っています。 食事（またはゲーム）用の2つの大きなテーブルと、島のカウンター席。

メインフロアのリビングエリアからは、ダウニングブランチコーブの遮るもののない景色を眺めることができ、朝のコーヒーにぴったりのフル幅のデッキ、またはディナー後の開口部に出かけることができます。
このレベルにはフルバスルームがあります。

下の階には2つの寝室があり、1つはキングサイズベッドと2つの双子を備えた家族サイズの寝室です。 もう1つのベッドルームにはクイーンベッド1台が備わります。

Lovely home. Had enough room for the family while having personal space also. The dock was large and clean. Plenty of room for kids and adults to fish. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. The only thing we did not find was a griddle for pancakes, but we had brought one just in case. The home is dog friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. Looking forward to another stay next year.

Amazing Ozark Stay

The house held me and 9 other guests comfortably! We were most impressed with the deck space and spent most of our time there. It was close and convenient to things in the Ozarks that we could just Uber. Will probably be looking to coming here again in the future!

This home is everything as advertised and more so many amenities all the lake toys you could ask for large dining table to huge decks this is a 5 star property for sure the hosts went above and beyond by far our best lake trip in years

Beautiful quiet cove. Large space with plenty of seating indoors and out. Clean and comfortable. We had a great weekend stay, would love to go back in the summer.

Beautiful and Spacious

The home was easy to get to, clean, and very spacious. It had all of the amenities we needed for our family of 10. The lower covered deck was great and had plenty of seating with outdoor games provided. The small cove was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. There were some problems with the air conditioner, but the owners were very responsive and sent techs out to work on it. It did not get resolved while we were there and our last day it was hot, but overall, the stay was fantastic!

Fabulous Family Vacation Destination

This vacation home was perfect for our family vacation with ages ranging from 5 to 65. The quiet cove and water toys were great entertainment for everyone. We especially loved the hydro bike! The living spaces were very spacious for our family of 10. We enjoyed evenings on the top deck with its amazing views. We would highly recommend this home to others looking to vacation in Lake of the Ozarks.

Family Vacation

The home was very nice and well maintained. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our favorite was the patio deck! So comfortable and easy access to the dock to enjoy the provided water toys! There was dog hair in a few beds but we used the washer and dryer to clean the bedding.

Excellent getaway

The lake isnt just a place for people to party. Sometimes you just want a place to relax with good friends or family. A peaceful and quiet place. This is one of those places. Clean, spacious, private, comfortable and inviting. The owner was more than accommodating for our group and quick to communicate if anything was needed. And once we actually got to the location we discovered a treasure. Every person who stayed commented on wanting to return. Two spacious decks for a relaxing morning coffee or group activities. And the view from inside or outside was phenomenal. It was a bit cold for swimming but the lake looked very inviting and we would love to return in warmer weather to take advantage of the dock. Definitely would rent again.

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Beautiful setting right on the lake. Very peaceful and quiet. We had four generations and there was something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

2023 Family Vacation

Ideal property & location for families. Superb interior spaces: large kitchen, enormous dining areas & living spaces, and bedroom arrangements to accomodate our group of 4 couples & pets! Fantastic outdoor spaces: large open deck off the main level + HUGE covered deck off lower level + small sun deck. Dock with swim stairs & slide, kayaks, paddle boards & water bike - great place to spend your days & evenings! Ideal location on Horseshoe Bend - convenient access to grocery stores, Target/Wal-Mart, restaurants, golf and entertainment options. This was our 2nd stay with this property owner - clean properties that are better than advertised, and very quick answers to the few questions we've asked. Already working with them to schedule our 2024 trip!

A perfect oasis

This was our family’s third time staying at this property and we love it more and more every time! The house is located on a cove within a cove which makes it safe for our littles to swim and makes it less wavy for paddle boarding and fishing. Amazing lake view and the biggest, most amazing decks. Plenty of water toys and games galore… you’ll never be bored at this property! Excellent and kind communication with the host. Until next time!

Awesome Family Home

This property has it ALL!!!! The outdoor water toys, shaded decks and spacious full-supplied house was perfect for our group! Added bonus was the location of the house... perfect view of sunrise and nicely shaded in the heat of the day! Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Great stay again

Our family of 12, ages 10-65 came for our second visit to this property. We come to Ozarks every year and chose to come back to this house this year because it is so we'll equipped for a group. Jeff and Andrea are excellent hosts and are very communicative and responsive and willing to accomodate our different needs as a group. The house is set up for a group and has everything you'll need - lots of large pots, pans, crock pots, everything you need. The outside amenities are wonderful and it's very apparent Jeff and Andrea care about their property and guests. We'll be back agau

We love sharing our home with other families, and have truly enjoyed the experience of building one of the best vacation homes on the Lake! Our goal is to have a turnkey experience where you have everything at your fingertips, just like it was your own home. A fully stocked kitchen is so important to us.
We are always trying to get to water... When we're not enjoying the Lake, our other favorite vacations are renting VRBO's near the Ocean. We enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling immensely, and enjoy doing family dives.

We moved from St Louis to the Chicago Suburbs in 2019

This is our second vacation home at the Lake of the Ozarks. We have had so much fun helping families vacation together at the Lake with our first home, we waited anxiously for the opportunity to come! We acquired this home at the start of 2019 from close friends of ours, and we can now offer two adjacent homes, and can support family reunions of up to 24 people!

The location simply can't be beat! So close to Shopping, Groceries, the Dam, Restaurants, but yet tucked in a no-wake, cove-inside-a-cove that lets us enjoy all the benefits of the lake, without the worry of boat traffic, or the pounding waves. Our home is a practically level drive-up, and a gentle slope to the water. Fantastic views and sunshine.
