Up to two adjacent homes available, and a 3rd a few doors down - can sleep up to 36! (Listing for second and third home below)
Situated in a quiet cove- within-a-cove, enjoy the beautiful views, and calm water from this modern, open, 4.5 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront home. The gorgeous setting is perfect for swimming and water activities like kayaking, canoeing, pedalboating, paddleboarding with the provided water toys. Try the 2-person HydroBike out for a unique, and shockingly efficient water-travel experience!

The main floor of the home features a large open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, with three bedrooms, including king bed primary suite with en-suite full bath. Two bedrooms with queen bed.

Open concept kitchen is fully stocked, with tons of counter space, and all the amenities. Two large tables for dining (or games) as well as counter seating at the island.

The main floor living area has unobstructed views of Downing Branch Cove, and walks out to a full width deck perfect for morning coffee, or an after dinner apertif.
There is a full bathroom on this level in addition to the ensuite.

The lower level has two bedrooms, one is a family-sized bedroom featuring a king bed and two twins. The other bedroom features a queen bed..
The lower level has a seating area with television and video game console, as well as a kitchenette with second fridge, and walks out to the gigantic two-level covered deck with lots of table space and seating, lights and ceiling fans. It's big enough for a game of bag-toss, without getting in anyone's way! The deck is one of our guests' favorite features, and with good reason!

With 150 feet of prime waterfront, the large, private dock features two swim platforms and has one empty slip available for guests to use.
Additional boat parking may be available in a slip next door, too.

This home is everything as advertised and more so many amenities all the lake toys you could ask for large dining table to huge decks this is a 5 star property for sure the hosts went above and beyond by far our best lake trip in years

Amazing Ozark Stay

The house held me and 9 other guests comfortably! We were most impressed with the deck space and spent most of our time there. It was close and convenient to things in the Ozarks that we could just Uber. Will probably be looking to coming here again in the future!

Lovely home. Had enough room for the family while having personal space also. The dock was large and clean. Plenty of room for kids and adults to fish. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. The only thing we did not find was a griddle for pancakes, but we had brought one just in case. The home is dog friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. Looking forward to another stay next year.

Great Location

We used this property and the one next door for our group of 16 golfers. The guys could fish in the morning and the location is close to most of the golf courses. The owners were great to work with and responsive to our requests.

This property has it ALL!!!! The outdoor water toys, shaded decks and spacious full-supplied house was perfect for our group! Added bonus was the location of the house... perfect view of sunrise and nicely shaded in the heat of the day! Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Fabulous Family Vacation Destination

This vacation home was perfect for our family vacation with ages ranging from 5 to 65. The quiet cove and water toys were great entertainment for everyone. We especially loved the hydro bike! The living spaces were very spacious for our family of 10. We enjoyed evenings on the top deck with its amazing views. We would highly recommend this home to others looking to vacation in Lake of the Ozarks.

The home was very nice and well maintained. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our favorite was the patio deck! So comfortable and easy access to the dock to enjoy the provided water toys! There was dog hair in a few beds but we used the washer and dryer to clean the bedding.

We love sharing our home with other families, and have truly enjoyed the experience of building one of the best vacation homes on the Lake! Our goal is to have a turnkey experience where you have everything at your fingertips, just like it was your own home. A fully stocked kitchen is so important to us.
We are always trying to get to water... When we're not enjoying the Lake, our other favorite vacations are renting VRBO's near the Ocean. We enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling immensely, and enjoy doing family dives.

We moved from St Louis to the Chicago Suburbs in 2019

Why they chose this property

This is our second vacation home at the Lake of the Ozarks. We have had so much fun helping families vacation together at the Lake with our first home, we waited anxiously for the opportunity to come! We acquired this home at the start of 2019 from close friends of ours, and we can now offer two adjacent homes, and can support family reunions of up to 24 people!

What makes this property unique

The location simply can't be beat! So close to Shopping, Groceries, the Dam, Restaurants, but yet tucked in a no-wake, cove-inside-a-cove that lets us enjoy all the benefits of the lake, without the worry of boat traffic, or the pounding waves. Our home is a practically level drive-up, and a gentle slope to the water. Fantastic views and sunshine.
