The secluded hideaway sits at the end of the canal's cul de sac. Timber gates on one boundary allow easy access to launch a boat from the concrete boat ramp and timber jetty. The waterfrontage with its soft sandy beach is approximately 17 metres which is fenced.

Main bedroom upstairs with parents retreat area, walk-in robe, private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, water views from the balcony and all air conditioned for your comfort.

Downstairs are 3 other good size bedrooms ( 1 air conditioned and the 2 back bedrooms with ceiling fans) 2 bathrooms (1 with freestanding bath), fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and coffee machine opening to a family area, separate dining area with seating for 8 people, plus family TV area with smart TV Large Alfresco area with lounge setting, Weber BBQ overlooking the swimming pool.

Located a short 2 minute stroll from the restaurants of Quamby Place (Ricky's, Rock Salt!) and a 10 minute flat stroll to iconic Hastings St and Noosa Main Beach, Cooran Court is so well located it has become a highly prized location for Holiday makers.


Owners have provided 2 x canoes; 1 x single, 1 x 2.5 person with life jackets provided. All guests will be required to sign a 'Accident waiver and release of Liability form'

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm
