Apartamento de PH en edificio pequeño en calle Vieques. A menos de 5 minutos a pie de la avenida Ashford, playa, restaurantes de moda, hoteles, parques, tiendas y entretenimiento nocturno. Más de 2,000 pies cuadrados de alojamiento moderno, muebles nuevos y 1 estacionamiento seguro reservado. 3 habitaciones totalmente equipadas con camas queen size, TV, cable, WI-FI y unidades de A / C. Terraza privada en la azotea (rara vez se ve en la zona) con cocina al aire libre, barbacoa, totalmente amueblado, que incluye hamacas y televisores, gran área con sombra y todas con vistas a la laguna de Condado y al viejo San Juan. 2 baños modernos renovados con duchas. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The apartment has many pros: Great neighborhood; near to beach, restaurants, attractions. Roof terrace wonderful, although we didn't use it much. Owner very quick to respond to any requests. Kitchen very well equipped (could use a new tea kettle.) Off street parking. On the con side, we were disturbed by the noise from outside at night. The furnishing seemed a bit washed out and could use an update. We found the hot and cold water very hard to adjust in the showers.We knew the master toilet was small from other comments, but it was even smaller than we expected.

Great spot for an adult family

Nice apartment with a terrific patio on top as in the picture. Safe. Good layout for adults. Comfortable beds. Our contact was responsive and helpful - I got locked out of the safety deposit box and he remedied that very quickly. The main issue for us was the shower which cycled between too hot and too cold (which to be fair, I failed to mention to our contact). No extra supplies provided except for coffee - we ran out of toilet paper on the first day. Located several blocks from the beach but easily walkable. Beach is a little rough, very fun for the adventurous and a little too rough for someone who wants to relax in the water. Great neighborhood, lots of restaurants and bars. The patio was awesome, spacious and a great place to hang out even when it rained hard. Inexpensive to uber into Old San Jun. We had a great time.

The accommodations were nice. Didn’t know there was no Central AC and 8 flights of stairs. The 2nd bathroom was very very small. The toilet seat on the hall bathroom needs to be replaced. Lots of stains were on pillows and bed liners. There was a terrible smell coming from the front of the building on the first floor. Smelt like old garbage. Location was great and kitchen had everything one could need. The roof top space was great once the sun went down and things cooled off.

Plenty of space for our family

We loved the place. Found it to be clean, stocked with all that we needed and well maintained. Our family enjoyed the rooftop patio, which has a small refrigerator, a grill, a four burner stovetop, and a tv. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace as well. We cooked out, watched tv, and enjoyed the view at night. The owner was prompt in answering any property related questions. The owner recommended several places to dine and shop. The farmers market was a good place to shop. The condo was 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, park, walking/running trail, hotels and restaurants. We enjoyed dining at Luisa, the taco place next door, Mojito Bar and the many Resturant s close by. Ben n Jerry’s was good for ice cream. The property is located in the Miramar sector, a block away from the buzzing Ashford Avenue. We found it more convenient than El Condado and Isla Verde. If you are renting a car, you will be glad to hear the place has an off-street, on property designated parking spot, within a gated fence. We would definitely stay here again when we return.

GREAT LOVATION IN SAN JUAN

The property was very clean and ready when we showed up. We had an issue when we arrived however, Juan was very active in resolving this issue! He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property was easily accessible to many San Juan attractions. Our family had a great stay!

Everything was perfect

The rooftop patio was amazing, the location was perfect. The inside was just what we needed I highly recommend this property to any one visiting San Juan for a few days.

Great location with great amenities

Before booking I had several questions for Saul and he was very responsive and courteous! The rental has plenty of dishes, basic kitchen needs, and bath towels. Great location near several restaurants and the beach. Each bedroom was a nice size, although the bathroom directly connected to one bedroom is tight getting in and out of, so depending on your flexibility you may need to stick with the main bathroom. The check out process was easy and if we end up in San Juan again I would stay here again!

Great stay and perfect location!

Absolutely amazing place to stay and Saul was an awesome host! We were going for my friends 50th birthday and he helped me arrange to have wine and balloons in the condo before we arrived. Location is within walking distance of so much! Highly recommend!

Great stay!

Here for a work trip! Saul was an amazing property owner who returned messages promptly. Great property in a great area so close to everything in Condado. Property was clean and lots of great amenities and extras. The rooftop was a welcome oasis after long days siteseeing. Thank you Saul for making our trip great!

Beautiful Apartment with Gorgeous Deck!

Best vrbo I've stayed at in Puerto Rico! Clean apartment with everything you think you might need. Wish we could've used the top deck more but the weather didn't permit. It's really beautiful! The location was perfect and it had parking. Great communication throughout my stay! Will definitely book again when I come back!

Amazing Rooftop and Property!!

The Property is amazing, in the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, near by restaurants, Walgreen, and CVS is about five minute walking distance. Saul is a great communicator and very accommodating with our departure time. The property is very clean and safe. He had everything we need to enjoy our stay. When I visit Puerto Rico again I will most definitely stay at this property, if it’s available. The rooftop we spent hours relaxing up there every evening. It’s beautiful at night.

Gem of a home close to everything you could want.

We were a family of 5 adults attending a wedding nearby. There was plenty of space for all of us. The home is clean and contemporary. The owner is a great communicator. He provided clear check-in instructions and promptly responded to our questions. The home is in walking distance to the beach and many delicious restaurants. The private roof top terrace is fantastic. We spent all our evenings up there enjoying the city views and soothing evening breezes. Highly recommend, would stay again.

We very much enjoyed out stay, especially the rooftop space!

We made the most of the rooftop deck and all of its amenities - it looked great when we booked it and was fabulous. We also really liked the location - easy walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. and appreciate that easy-to-carry beach chairs were available in the apartment. Only complaint is the MBR bathroom is very small. Overall, highly recommend and when we had issues we needed help/accommodations, Saul was very responsive and helpful.

Exactly as advertised!

Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart. Close to the highway for access for day trips if you’ve rented a car. Saul makes the check in/out process so simple. The rooftop patio at night is amazing. We stayed over New Years and could see fireworks all the way in old San Juan! We will definitely stay here next time we’re in PR!

Amazing Property

Everything was perfect! This is a wonderful property, great location, very well appointed, the rooftop deck was amazing. Next time we are in PR we will absolutely stay here again!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Saul always replied promptly to any questions and it was a great location. The roof patio really made a difference , what an absolutely fantastic place to hangout and relax in the evening as well having full cooking facilities. The only minor issue I found was that one of the bathrooms could've been a little bigger but this was a minor inconvenience and the rest of the accommodation was excellent
