About Tim Kresica
I achieved and enjoyed success within the building products industry for many years. Born and raised in Chicago, my education and career path eventually led to opportunities in both Florida and North Carolina. In 2014, the majesty of the Great Smoky Mountains beckoned me to Tennessee where I now live and work as Resident Manager of Havens on the Ridge in Pigeon Forge. My work ethic has always been on a dedication to rendering first-class products and services as well as fulfilling customer needs in an uplifting, positive way. With every undertaking and objective, I apply my belief that attention to details is important. Havens on the Ridge reflect and confirm this belief. Personally, Tim enjoys amateur photography….engages the great outdoors…..and embraces faith-based worship.

Why Tim Kresica chose Pigeon Forge
Eastern Tennessee's beauty, tempo, and sense of community are enjoyable throughout four distinct seasons. Prompted by a lifelong affection for the Great Smoky Mountains, my real estate search led to a unique opportunity for developing an existing property into a mountain retreat for adults desiring tranquil, serene respite on a year-round basis. Havens on the Ridge is ideally located a short distance from nature's towering majesty as well as the entertainment and adventures of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The property was originally owned by The Blackburn Family whose family tree includes Michael Blackburn who achieved notoriety as the World's Greatest Sharpshooter. It's history sparked a special interest within me, and each day I'm thankful to now call Havens on the Ridge my home.
What makes this Cottage unique
Beyond the tranquility, privacy, and comfort of Havens on the Ridge, we strive to provide a "home-away-from-home" getaway that boasts an "away from it all" feeling at the same time. Having a Resident Manager onsite ensures any need or issue that might arise during your stay will be immediately addressed. "Goody Bags" await guests in each cottage; and, if desired, we will happily pre-stock your cabin with items of your choosing such as soft drinks, bottled water, and snacks (small service fee applies).

Great Smoky Mountain experience
Everything was wonderful and completely met expectations! No issues. Host was always very responsive and nice. Would def recommend. It’s a winding route up to cabin which was part of the charm. But close enough that it was not a problem to run back if needed
Mountain Charm--Quiet--Easy Access--Great for a family dog!! Loved it! Tim is very nice
been going to Smoky Mnts for 30 years; used all kinds of cabins. This is the first we have stayed with no hot tub or pool table, and we didn't need it. Great mountain views, everything you need, very very clean, the Charm of the cabin is sweet and perfect. Very close to Pigeon Forge, right off the end of the expressway before heading into Gatlinburg. Tim lives on the property and was very nice and helpful. If you think you hear a lion roar, it just might be............... We highly recommend, including our 13 year old son and our puppy!
Quiet and well stocked
This quiet property was located within minutes of several activities, but was also isolated enough to “get away”. Clean and well maintained with plenty of room for our party of 5 plus our dog.
Great location. Cabin had pretty much everything we needed. Awesome fenced in yard for my pups! Hopefully will return in the future!
Perfect for us!
Mansford House was the perfect place for a Thanksgiving getaway. It was well equipped and quiet. There is not a lot of counter space in the kitchen which requires some improvising if you plan to cook a big meal, but there is an extra table (in addition to the large dining table) which helps. The master bedroom has a door to the fenced back yard which is very convenient if you have a dog with you. Tim was quick to answer any and all questions about the property. My two daughters also enjoyed the cabin, and we will definitely stay there again if we plan another trip to the area!
Prefect spot for pet owners!
This cottage was perfect for our stay in Pigeon Forge. We have two dogs who love having an outdoor space to stretch their legs. The cottage itself was great as well! It had comfortable accommodations, and had a creative mix of old and new features. The claw foot tub was a neat accent. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Restaurants are plentiful.....all your favorites are very close by.....with local favorites worthy of discovery such as Pigeon Forge Deli and Apple Barn Restaurant. One thing is for sure....from helicopter tours....to rafting...to hiking....to Dollywood....to exploring the breathtaking beauty of The Great Smoky Mountains.....your vacation will be far too short for enjoying all that's here. For the shopping explorer, Pigeon River Crossing has over 80 stores; and the Incredible Christmas Place displays year-round beauty of holiday decor and gifts. The Island and Tanger Outlet Mall are both "must do" shopping destinations. Be sure to seek out local stores & shops for items of unique art and skilled craftsmanship. This truly is a shopper's paradise! A wide variety of shows and dinner theaters offer great entertainment......Dolly Parton's Smoky Mountain Adventures, The Smoky Mountain Opry, Dixie Stampede, Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, The Comedy Barn, and Biblical Times Theater.
