About Tim Kresica
I achieved and enjoyed success within the building products industry for many years. Born and raised in Chicago, my education and career path eventually led to opportunities in both Florida and North Carolina. In 2014, the majesty of the Great Smoky Mountains beckoned me to Tennessee where I now live and work as Resident Manager of Havens on the Ridge in Pigeon Forge. My work ethic has always been on a dedication to rendering first-class products and services as well as fulfilling customer needs in an uplifting, positive way. With every undertaking and objective, I apply my belief that attention to details is important. Havens on the Ridge reflect and confirm this belief. Personally, Tim enjoys amateur photography….engages the great outdoors…..and embraces faith-based worship.

Why Tim Kresica chose Pigeon Forge
Eastern Tennessee's beauty, tempo, and sense of community are enjoyable throughout four distinct seasons. Prompted by a lifelong affection for the Great Smoky Mountains, my real estate search led to a unique opportunity for developing an existing property into a mountain retreat for adults desiring tranquil, serene respite on a year-round basis. Havens on the Ridge is ideally located a short distance from nature's towering majesty as well as the entertainment and adventures of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The property was originally owned by The Blackburn Family whose family tree includes Michael Blackburn who achieved notoriety as the World's Greatest Sharpshooter. It's history sparked a special interest within me, and each day I'm thankful to now call Havens on the Ridge my home.

Relaxing stay at the Mansard House
We had a very efficient reservation/check-in & out process and enjoyed our stay at the Mansard House. Tim was a wonderful host, providing everything we needed for our stay plus some! The cottage is very charming, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. He enjoyed running, playing and watching the wildlife. The beds were a little squeaky and it would've been nice to have one king sized bed, but we rested comfortably. Very nice kitchen, laundry area, plenty of supplies to make use of, and spacious enough for our family of 3 plus 1 dog. We navigated the roads to the ridge well after we got used to it a few times. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge parkway and all local attractions. We'd definitely rent this cottage again, and Tim was kind enough to be flexible with our check out. We so appreciate his hospitality! I wish I'd remembered to write a kind note in his guest book, but thanks again, Tim!! We hope to come back soon.
We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. We brought our dogs and it worked perfectly!! Stocked with everything you would need. Would recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!
Very much enjoyed our stay. Nice place to relax and have family time and being able to bring pets was a plus.
Better than the pics!
Tim's place was awesome!! He thought of everything and it was just so easy to stay there. Super cozy and clean and do close to PF with easy access to GB. Our dogs loved being able to run around in the fenced in yard. The kitchen had everything we needed and as trivial as this sounds, we loved the candle on the living room coffee table and bought some for our place as soon as we got home. Lots of little touches like that that really made it feel special and shows how much he cares. Right down to the seasonal pillows on the couches.
TIP: Be prepared for cell service to be pretty sketchy in the surrounding area (about 2 or 3 miles from cabin) and at the cabin. And print or screenshot check-in instructions beforehand because we had to drive further into PG to get a connection so we could see what the code was to enter the cabin. I usually do this beforehand but forgot. My husband and I both have TMobile, FYI. But what we thought was going to be a negative actually turned out to be a positive because we took our noses out of our phones and actually reconnected like real humans. Go figure! 🤣
Great stay, can't wait to return! Thanks Tim!
