W1000-New Tile throughout and has a King bed in the master bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit will accommodate up to 4 people. The living room features a mirrored wall with an open and airy feeling. In the living room, there is a flat panel TV and a DVD player; there is also a TV in the master bedroom. Brand new patio furniture for your enjoyment. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi. This Unit requires 4 Night minimum stay in the summer and requires a 7 night minimum stay over the Fourth of July week.
