About the home
Recently renovated spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with private hot tub is bright, airy and well-appointed with beautiful decor. The master bedroom has a king bed, private deck & private hot tub and A/C. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk. Relax in front of the gas fireplace and smart TV after a day in the mountains. The unit also has in-suite washer/dryer.

Location
The Sunpath complex features a superb location. Only a six-minute walk to the lifts, and also a short walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and all Village attractions. The Marketplace mall is located nearby and includes grocery and liquor stores.

Because of the location of this beautiful home, everything is within walking distance. In the winter time the Resort Municipality of Whistler and BC Transit are offering the free #4 bus from Marketplace to the base of Whistler Mountain - after a long day on the slope why not take the bus home?

Free parking in assigned stall in secure underground parkade. Visitor parking available on first come, first serve basis inside the parkade gates, and is only available for 90 mins.
​​​​​​​⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ NO PETS - Please be aware that the owner of this home is very allergic to pets, for this reason, there are strictly no pets allowed.
⌂ This home only has air conditioning in the Master bedroom. Portable fans are provided in all other bedrooms and the living room area.
⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

The kids said it was the ultimate spot for vacation, they loved easy access to a pool and hot tub in the snow while also just walking across the street into the village. The location also gave a peaceful nights rest without hearing the village nightlife.

Sarah's place was very clean. Well appointed and easy to access. We've stayed in many Sunpath units this was one of the best. Communication was easy and accurate for check in and check out and we appreciated the follow up on our arrival to ensure we were settled. Great place and great host.

We had a great stay in Whistler! The rental had everything we needed and was in a perfect location - very walkable, close to amenities. It was also very nice having a private hot tub off the main bedroom. The Outpost Team was helpful and responsive. We will be back!

Short walk to village. Easy to find.

Very nice condo, courtyard , pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the private hot tub. With air conditioning only in the master bedroom it was very hot. The stairs and distance to carry our stuff was difficult.

Great accommodation just a few minutes' walk from Whistler's center and all its activities. High-quality amenities. The departure was a bit tricky as the host informed us at the last minute that the unit would only be available 2.5 hours later than scheduled. A compensation was proposed and accepted, and the issue was handled very well.

We have stayed in Whistler before but this place was the best. It was a lovely place to stay, with lots of places to eat and visit near by. The condo was comfortable and the staff responded to our needs immediately. Loved the pool and hot tub. The place felt safe as did the garage where our our car and bikes were stored. We had a great trip and could love to stay there again! We highly recommend this location. Thanks!

This place was amazing - exactly like the pictures except even better! Prime location, private hot tub, all the amenities. I can't believe we found this gem at this price - it is the best place I've stayed in at Whistler at and I hope to visit again soon. Only thing as more of a heads up for families is the parking garage - it has a pretty low height limit so if you're traveling in a larger SUV with a box on top, you'll have to take it off to park. Super minor in the grand picture because otherwise this place is perfect!

Excellent unit but parking fiasco

We loved the unit. Clean, modern, well decorated, an extremely well equipped kitchen, decks, great hot tub, recycling and composting set up, great bedding, etc. Parking was however confusing, and resulted in our two vehicles being towed for a cost of $460. Outpost was gracious enough to cover half of that, but it was still a lot. We found the signage unclear, the description of the entry to the parkade unclear, and did not understand why, having left our phone numbers on the dash, we weren’t called as a warning. We found other renters checking in to also be very confused, and later noticed a sign warning about ‘predatory towing’ in the area. Indeed. I’m in cancer treatment on chemo and was perhaps a little out of it to figure things out, but my brother And sister were as unclear as I was. I’m not sure who this feedback should be directed to, perhaps it is the strata? It was unfortunate that the incident tainted an otherwise great stay.
