ABOUT THE HOME
This 1 bedroom + den, 2 bathroom condo located in Whistler's Benchlands is slope side Blackcomb Mountain accommodation with extras. Ski-in, ski-out, featuring an in-complex outdoor heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, and saunas. The property is comprised of a king size Master bedroom with ensuite, and a second “den” (bedroom without windows) equipped with two twin-sized beds. A full kitchen, dining, and living area complete the layout. Other in-property amenities include a gas fireplace, balcony, and laundry facilities. Secure underground parking and ski storage included.
WOODRUN LODGE
Private ski-in/ski-out access to the best skiing in North America. The Woodrun Lodge is an elegant condominium development on the side of Blackcomb Mountain, only a few yards down the slope to the Blackcomb Gondola and a short walk to golf, tennis, Whistler Village and Lost Lake. The Woodrun Lodge offers beautifully appointed suites and grounds which provide the ideal setting for your family, the busy executive, or that romantic Whistler holiday.
LOCATION
Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the Upper Village offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. Set amidst towering pines, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. The Upper Village is a great option for families offering easy ski-in/ski-out access and a free shuttle to and from the Village.

Each property comes with one free parking spot in the secure underground parkade and there is a limited amount of visitor parking spots.
THINGS TO KNOW
- This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
- Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
