Hermosa casa de alquiler frente al lago. 4 habitaciones + 2 oficinas, duerme hasta 10 o más cómodamente. Espacio perfecto para el entretenimiento de una gran familia o grupo. Acceso a la cubierta de 2 niveles desde 3 dormitorios, así como área de entretenimiento con bar, juegos de mesa y mesa de ping pong. Acceso al muelle con muelle público al otro lado de la calle. A solo unos minutos a pie de la playa de Indiana y a menos de 10 minutos en automóvil de Tippecanoe Golf Country Club o del centro de Monticello.

Family Reunion

Great property with lots of room for a large family/group. Very close to Indiana Beach and to town. Great little touches throughout with plenty of games and everything you need for a nice getaway. I would highly recommend!

New Year’s Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The set up of the house was very good for our group - with bed, bathrooms, seating and overall space. There were water leak issues that the owner made us aware of ahead of time - as they had been trying to fix. There were also mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets that we made the owner aware of and she said they have tried to resolve. Some areas of the house were cleaner than others. The house could use some work but it has potential as the set up is nice.

Best-Ever Floor Plan for a Large Group

The pictures don't do this home justice.......it is much bigger than it appears and we loved the floor plan for this home. There is a deck the entire length of both the top and bottom floor. 3 of the 4 upstairs bedrooms have access to the deck. The kitchen, dining room, bar area, and TV area create one big room and open up onto the deck. Fun property with party lighting, music, games and karaoke. Kitchen well-equipped. Beds had very nice mattresses. And, most important, owner is very responsive to insure a pleasant stay. We would love to visit again!

Plenty of room but dirty

Disappointed, home was so dirty, under the kitchen sink was DISGUSTING and there were ants in the kitchen. There were minimal towels in the bathrooms so we had to search and find them. In the master the sheets did not fit the bed and the fan did not work.

House needs work before renting

This house is in need of some definite repairs before it should be rented out. There are some spots in the living room and office that are leaking so bad that the flooring was wet, drywall and plaster is peeling, and there is mold in spots on the walls. The deck is basically falling apart in spots, there are broken railings, and even broken steps going down to the water. In addition, the downstairs bathroom toilet leaked so bad it was running on the floor in the basement. It has been leaking for so long the floor was rotten so the toilet wouldn’t even stay fastened to the floor. The worst part about the house is the septic backed up. The owners said it was from tree roots growing through the pipes, and it happens every so often. They sent Rotorooter out to fix clog, which we appreciated, and told us not to use the bathroom downstairs but could everywhere else. The first time anyone used the bathroom the septic backed up again. The smell of sewer gas in the house was terrible. We called them back and told them it was still backed up and they did nothing. 4 of the 6 days we were there the house smelled like this. We were from a long ways away and didn’t have anywhere else to go, so we spent very little time inside. Honestly, my daughter has asthma, and if she was with us there is no way we would have even stayed there. None of the pictures showed any of these problems, nor was it brought up to us by the owner. Their cleaning company also did a terrible job as house was dirty.

Very satisfied

My family and I had a wonderful time. Lots of space to entertain. Good place for all ages. Had lots of games and toys for my 2 year old, even a little bed for my 3 month old niece. Lots of bedrooms, with own AC units which is amazing because us younger adults like it cold, where the elderly adults like it warmer! 5/5!

Lake House

This house is large and friendly. The living room/family room is a perfect gathering space and comfortable. The large amount of deck space (on two levels) is a great way to relax and enjoy lake views. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to the town and amenities. A Great Lake home!

Labor Day getaway

Lovely home with fantastic views of the lake. House is well stocked with every comfort. Beds are great. As would be expected with a lake house, there is a bit of mold. Our family enjoyed a very relaxing stay capped off by fireworks easily viewed from the decks.

Friends and family birthday weekend

We had a great time this weekend! The house is awesome with the combo of bedrooms and entertaining space. Kitchen is well stocked with pans/seasonings. The bar was a great time downstairs. Host is super nice and responsive. Be aware, this place has a lot of stairs. We had someone in a boot and that made it a little hard. The one thing that we were a little disappointed with is that you can’t really swim off this dock because of how shallow it is and the boat rental around the corner won’t let his boats over her because of the depth.

Great place for a get together with friends and family.

My friends and i rented this place for the Nebraska Purdue football game. We had a great time paying ping pong downstairs and a very nice big common area upstairs.

Hi our names our Melissa and Brad. We have always wanted a lake house and our dream finally came true a few years ago. We recently got a new addition to our family, our daughter Avianna. She immediately fell in love with the lake house as well, especially swinging in the hammock or riding on the boat.

The lake house was the best purchase we've ever made. It's been a great place for friends to meet up or to host family events. There is so much to do for all ages and we always leave with the best stories and memories. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The best thing about the property is how close it is to everything you need. Its so close to the boat rental, Indiana beach, and the Whiskey Saloon for late night fun (highly recommend their pizza as well). Also its just and a short drive into town to grab supplies.
The house is very spacious, I've been told the pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of room for larger groups and tons of deck space to enjoy the outdoors.
