Beautiful lakefront rental house. 5 bedrooms an office, sleeps up to 10 or more comfortably. Perfect space for entertaining a large family or group. 2 tier deck access from 3 bedrooms as well as entertainment area with a bar, board games and ping pong table. Pier access with public dock across the street. Just a few minutes walk to Indiana Beach and <10 min drive to Tippecanoe Golf Country Club or downtown Monticello.

Hi our names our Melissa and Brad. We have always wanted a lake house and our dream finally came true a few years ago. We recently got a new addition to our family, our daughter Avianna. She immediately fell in love with the lake house as well, especially swinging in the hammock or riding on the boat.

Why they chose this property

The lake house was the best purchase we've ever made. It's been a great place for friends to meet up or to host family events. There is so much to do for all ages and we always leave with the best stories and memories. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

The best thing about the property is how close it is to everything you need. Its so close to the boat rental, Indiana beach, and the Whiskey Saloon for late night fun (highly recommend their pizza as well). Also its just and a short drive into town to grab supplies.
The house is very spacious, I've been told the pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of room for larger groups and tons of deck space to enjoy the outdoors.
